I'm pretty sure most European countries, including the Scandinavian countries, censor a lot of the crimes committed by non-whites. Even if the crimes are reported, the race of the perpetrator is intentionally hidden.
Well that is standard across the western world I see
I heard one of 'em it was weird they wouldn't collect racial statistics but they would based on migrant background -- for 2 generations I think. I guess that way it's not racist. I dunno.
