It looks like DeSantis has set the bar for fighting evil. This is an excellent development.

I'm OK with the two of them trying to out anti-woke each other.

The one that promises to allow students to sue colleges to recover tuition for useless social "science" and gender studies degrees gets my vote.

I'm not. Trump, I liked him, always wants to be the popular kid, but he spent four years showing that, even if his heart is in the right place, he has no idea how to fight globohomo. You might argue some of his people knew the enemy, but they were ineffective (see: fat drunkard Steve Bannon). DeSantis seems to know who he is fighting and how to do it (still shills for Israel though...).

They are women, their entire existence has been avoiding accountability. The Bible itself's entire consequence for Eve (the one who actually committed the sin) was "childbirth kinda sucks, and you have to listen to your husband" whereas Adam had infinite struggles and hardship just to live from them on.

They will never suffer group retribution for their actions, and the longer you hold onto thinking they will the longer you waste time on fruitless endeavors.

And you'll never achieve it. You will waste your entire life on a fruitless endeavor because your autism doesn't allow you to recognize your own shortcomings.

The bigger problem is that even if by some herculean effort we managed to do that, what will it accomplish?

Sure, the injustices to the men of today might be resolved. But what about the injustices of the past ten millennia? The men that faced those will never be made whole again since they are dead, and the women that perpetrated them won't face any consequences as they are no longer alive to face them.

What of the injustices of tomorrow? Eventually we will die, and a new generation will have to deal with the problem (or not). Will they decide to do the painstaking arduous work of fixing all the problems women cause men? I doubt it.

As tragic as it is, it's ultimately not worth the effort to make women suffer group wide retribution for their actions or their ancestor's. Our species is literally hardwired at a base level to prioritize women over men. This means that women will always root for team women, and men will be split along alpha male/soyboy lines.

If you actually attempted to get revenge on women, at best you just piss them off even more than they are naturally. At worst you create a species wide blood feud that will never end. The best we can hope for is to kill off feminism and reinstate traditional marriages where women can do as little damage as possible due to being subservient to their husbands.

That's the point I've been trying to get across to him. Because we all crave justice, retribution and even revenge. And maybe on an individual level you can achieve it.

But on a civilization wide scale, it will never happen. And pursuing it will only waste your life on nonsense, while men who could use your help waking up are left to suffer.

First off, not enough burning at the stake.

Secondly, this empowers the perverts even further by pretending like they're victims rather than demonic instigators.

If they're kids, they are victims of the most sinister campaign of societal brainwashing since . . . well, since the vaccine thing last year.

If they're kids, the parents and doctors should be promptly put to death. Financial liability is a distant second to permanent punishment in terms of a deterrent.

And that really is what we're talking about here. Deterring evil behavior.

I agree that prosecuting parents and doctors is a given, and perhaps even punishing hospital administrators in the same way. But the only way to permanently deter behavior in an institution is to make it cost them. These hospitals and clinics are so gung ho about trans surgeries because it's making them and their shareholders a fortune, and they would burn through as many idealistic young doctors ready for martyrdom as they needed to in order to continue profiting from the grift.

Financial penalties are the only deterrent that investors and technocrats understand.

If they're kids, the parents and doctors should be promptly put to death.

That's more extreme than I'd advocate for, but I could be persuaded. I might just reserve it for the ones who post pictures of their stunning and brave 3 trans children and be more lenient towards the ones who were just scared into it by doctors and "experts" telling them that they had the choice between a gender-affirmed child or a dead one.

It's extreme because we're used to times of peace and comfort. Public executions is totally foreign in our time and the concept of enforcing morality is unheard of outside of Arab countries.

During the Inquisition, it became necessary to publicly execute illegal immigrants that refused to leave Europe after the Reconquista. They were often Moors that squatted in homes during the Muslim occupation and attempted to keep the land after the Muslims were forced out. If they weren't executed then they'd simply keep trying to come back. Also they were all given the option to leave in the first place yet refused.

Trannies are mentally ill people who believe that they are victims of society. When they get surgery, that pathology doesn’t go away - they are not cured. If you give them the ability to sue the doctors and surgeons who administered these ineffective treatments and procedures, the trannies will do so 10/10 times.

What happens when an elective procedure becomes a massive source of liability for hospitals? They stop offering that procedure.

Gotta think more strategically.

This is also why we need to empower students to sue universities who sell them worthless degrees. Leftists always seek maximum victimhood and minimum responsibility. Use this trait against their own institutions.

Make every university cosigners to every student loan given out to their student, and if the student defaults, the university is on the hook. Watch those schools suddenly become very selective with their underwater basket weaving degrees.

Yeah, this is fine for kids who were groomed into it but adult perverts who made their degenerate fetish into a lifestyle deserve no sympathy. I would be fine providing them free ladders and rope to improve their situation, however.

I do too, but realistically, look at the psychology behind it:

He can either continue to believe that he enabled the most life-saving technology ever created, or he can admit reality that he enabled quite possibly the most evil technology to ever be unleashed on human beings.

I don't know that any human being could accept that.

This is going to be used as an excuse to raise insurance costs isn't it?

Don't get me wrong, I want these people pushing the practice of maiming under the guise old 'transitioning' to pay but probably better if it's made criminal, all lose their licenses and rot in a jail cell.

You got it. It's a terrible policy because it promotes trans people. Who gets the rewards? The trans people suing and you'll end up footing the bill due to increased costs to the medical system. We should be punishing trans people not helping them. They made a mistake, they shouldn't get to benefit from this. Terrible incentive structure all around. It's a lazy man's way to fix it without taking a hard stance and making good people pay for your wishy washiness.

Make it illegal to transition people. 20 years in prison if any doctor prescribed drugs or does surgeries to transition anyone's gender.

Pretty sure they can already sue, so that's meaningless.

It doesn't matter. They make so much money of trannies that getting sued by even something crazy like 10% of them wouldn't stop things from being profitable.

My only nitpick is using the "assigned at birth" verbiage because it plays into the idea that it isn't determined by nature, but I know he doesn't think that so not a huge deal.

I know they won't let him win in 2024 but still it's nice to see him saying these things.

It's a shame this guy isn't going to win, but I hope someone picks his political corpse of some of his ideas and implements them a little more effectively than he did.

His heart was in the right place, he just underestimated how hard his enemies could get people to hate him.
