Imagine that.
Awww hail naw!
Now pay her student loans, bigot
Poor souls. They probably think it happened because of the essay, or because of their merits.
Naw, most of them realize they only made it because of their race and gender, it’s why they are so adamant white supremacy is still a thing. People who actually believe they can compete on a level field don’t demand their opponents be hindered.
They at least claim that they got in despite racism, not because of it. That would make sense. Because when they get in, they are often surprised when they fail, or are at the bottom of their class. If you know you got in because of your race, that should not be surprising to you.
Larry Elder once explained to an angry caller that he opposed Affirmative Action for this reason. Ppl get in these schools based on race, they fail, and of course the narrative is always that they failed due to racism. But of course he is a white supremacist for pointing that out.
Larry is of course the black face of white supremacy.
Kamala Harris made it all the way to Vice President despite being an obviously unqualified idiot, purely because she is a "black" woman. She exploited this to the max to get ahead in getting into law school, in getting high end jobs, and in winning the election for SF DA against a white incumbent.
Yet if you actually watch her and listen to her, she is so arrogant and egotistical that there is no doubt in my mind that she actually believes that she deserves to be where she is, and that she is above everyone else. If asked to support her belief, she would merely point to her success as self-evident proof of her superiority and excellence.
Despite only being 57 years old, she often sounds just as incoherent as Biden. Her speeches are often nonsensical rambling platitudes. She comes across as an extremely stupid person who failed upward thanks to her box checks.
I'm sure she also sucked her fair share of dicks on the way up.
Willie Brown's was probably the most influential.
These women should be ashamed of themselves. You are proudly announcing that you are too stupid to meet the appropriate standards. Such a shame that so many proudly celebrate ignorance
a black woman
expecting her to experience shame
this I just don't understand. I would be ashamed to get in despite being objectively worse than other people. these people flaunt it as if it's an achievement or even worse, pretend like it's some clever lifehack.
jfc. My mid 160s experience (literally no opportunity) was so awful I abandoned the dream and went into IT. 140s is really really bad
You were smart and are likely making better money now with less stress. I'm a lawyer. Being a lawyer is a pretty shitty job. It's a high stress job with a lot of risks and the pay is not even top tier unless you have a big grift going. People who work in the medical field and in tech make more money with a lot less stress.
There's a few sites that let you put in GPA and LSAT to give you a rough idea of where you'll qualify. I saw a a bunch of outliers from the discussion board and realized they were all marked "URM" (underrepresented minority). It was really defeating, especially since I worked my tail off studying for the LSAT while working full time. Yes, without a doubt, IT is much much better
Lie like Elizabeth Warren and claim to be part Cherokee or some shit. I know I would if I was that age now.
All true unfortunately.
Getting into law school is just the first step in becoming a lawyer. Most of the tier 4 dumpster fire law schools ruthlessly cull the bottom 1/3 of the class each semester. Then the few who graduate have to pass the bar exam. For example, Texas Southern University, a historically black college that Leah above would be in the running for, had a 54% bar pass rate in the most recent bar exam that the BLE published stats on. Then you have to get a job. The same law school that I mentioned before, TSU, had 89 of its 171 graduates in a full time, long term, bar passage required job 9 months after graduation. Also, the scholarships that are given out generally have GPA requirements that most students find difficult to maintain because of how the school pegs the median GPA and the grading curves.
People with LSAT scores below 150 (which is the median) just should not go to law school. The deck is just stacked too far against those who have scores in that range. Sure, some will become successful attorneys, but most will end up like this guy.
EDIT: I just now realized that the videos were from different women. Well at least they're in good company together in their mistakes.
To be fair, I'm pretty sure the rules don't apply to black women. Consider that even though they might graduate at the bottom of their class and require multiple attempts to pass the Bar exam, they will still benefit hugely from affirmative action in the job market and be handed top tier jobs they wouldn't remotely qualify for on paper.
Bear in mind the United States Vice President was one of these people:
Typically a June admission date means you failed the 1st test, since the 1st test passers get admitted in November.
FYI becoming a DA is INSANELY competitive if you are a white or asian male. You'd probably need to be top 5%. But for a "black" woman like Harris? Literally just show up and you're hired.
Hallinan was white. Harris won because she was a black woman and used her black status to turn the election into being about throwing out the old white man in favor of the young black woman, and got a bunch of power brokers and celebrities to help her.
She just "black woman'd" herself from high school all the way up to Vice President.
I personally think that most of her career success can be attributed to:
She spread her legs and leveraged Willie Brown to win her various positions. Assembly Speaker was far more powerful back then than it is now, probably equal to that of Governor, because all legislation had to go through Brown. And he wasn't subject to term limits like they have now.
But I do agree that the legal profession bends itself into pretzels trying to accommodate black people generally, and black women especially.
I knew two people who I am pretty sure are literally mentally retarded who went to law school with me
It won't be long before they lower the bar exam difficulty
It won't make a difference because the exam score is a measure of how well you did compared to other test takers. A 120 means 99.9% did better than you, a 150 means 50% did better than you and 50% did worse, and a 180 means 99.9% did worse than you.
Law schools are going to get around this by just not accepting LSAT scores (which some are already starting to do) and weighing all of the admissions decisions on soft application metrics, like whether they went to a HBCU or majored in feminist dance theory over say electrical engineering from Cal Tech.
They are changing the exam in a few years. From what I understand some subjects like secured transactions and family law are being taken off. Haven't bothered looking at the specifics because I'll be done several years before that takes effect
before they lower the difficulty- for some.
If you get a surgeon or lawyer who is female and black - you should take into account that she was probably the worst in her class.
Let some woke organization like reddit hire her instead.
Reminds me of this:
"What do you call someone who graduates last from medical college?"
"Doctor."
Black women tend to work in non-competitive jobs like government jobs where they can gain maximum benefits from racist affirmative action.
I don't thnk I've ever seen or heard of a black woman doctor, because med school and licensing has lives on the line, so they can't fuck around with racial quotas. Only 5% of doctors are black. While the percentage of black women has risen, I would bet they are doing jobs where patient health isn't on the line, like GP jobs or Gyno or lab work.
Black women are 10.6% of the federal work force despite being only 6.5% of the population.
As someone with a background in the medical field, you’d be surprised. URM’s getting in with subpar grades and MCAT scores were the norm.
So this is how Stacey Abrams probably did it.
Yeah, the only way you're going to find a black woman at high levels of government who is competent is if she's conservative, because in that case the whole system is against her.
Remember kids: Critical Theory has its origins in Critical Legal Studies, which was started back in the late 1970s by commie faggots in Madison, Wisconsin.
Luckily the legal system's immune system rejected, mocked and derided the retards and it never gained much power, instead it spread to easier targets like education.
At this point they're probably going to keep filling government roles with these parasites. AG offices are filling up with them in major cities and accomplishing nothing by grifting off taxpayer funding and just letting criminals go.
Be female. Don't not be female.
Getting in is one thing, getting a degree (I hope) is another.
