Black women tend to work in non-competitive jobs like government jobs where they can gain maximum benefits from racist affirmative action.
I don't thnk I've ever seen or heard of a black woman doctor, because med school and licensing has lives on the line, so they can't fuck around with racial quotas. Only 5% of doctors are black. While the percentage of black women has risen, I would bet they are doing jobs where patient health isn't on the line, like GP jobs or Gyno or lab work.
Black women are 10.6% of the federal work force despite being only 6.5% of the population.
As someone with a background in the medical field, you’d be surprised. URM’s getting in with subpar grades and MCAT scores were the norm.
