Artists have historically helped us to do so, helping to process the complex emotions that come with human existence. Sadly, many artists have become mouthpieces for destructive, valueless ideologies and are not acting in accordance with their potential.
Ultimately, moderation is important in almost all things. Emotions are important, but must be kept under control.
