I mean, yeah, they will explicitly tell you that. Personal ownership of weapons? No. Free speech? No. Banning Illegal search and seizure? Apparently no. Banning cruel and unusual punishment? Yes, but only if you aren't a dissident then it's a no. Abortion? Yes. Sodomy? Yes. Next week, grooming and castrating children? Yes.
Their argument is based on a fictitious "right to privacy" while the NSA violates the privacy of every American, as well as the Fourth Amendment, daily.

Before the overturning of Roe v Wade, abortion was in fact the most protected right in the US; nothing else even came close to the absoluteness of 'privacy' afforded there. One analogy he often uses is buying a packet of Sudafed, and how you have to put yourself into a database to get it, and all that. Meanwhile the government has no right to "invade the privacy" of someone wanting to kill babies. It's insanity.
