Now they care about the constitution
She doesn’t know what the constitution is, probably thinks it enshrines abortion and sodomy
I mean, yeah, they will explicitly tell you that. Personal ownership of weapons? No. Free speech? No. Banning Illegal search and seizure? Apparently no. Banning cruel and unusual punishment? Yes, but only if you aren't a dissident then it's a no. Abortion? Yes. Sodomy? Yes. Next week, grooming and castrating children? Yes.
Their argument is based on a fictitious "right to privacy" while the NSA violates the privacy of every American, as well as the Fourth Amendment, daily.
It really comes down to "this has to be a right because if it's not that would be craaaaaazy"
No, only pregnant women have a right to privacy, and only if they want to kill their babies.
Rekieta has a great rant he goes on about this, that is very on point. Before the overturning of Roe v Wade, abortion was in fact the most protected right in the US; nothing else even came close to the absoluteness of 'privacy' afforded there. One analogy he often uses is buying a packet of Sudafed, and how you have to put yourself into a database to get it, and all that. Meanwhile the government has no right to "invade the privacy" of someone wanting to kill babies. It's insanity.
No, they think we should be limited by the constitution. They themselves, as creatures of pure light and virtue - as evidenced by their cancelling anybody who disagrees with them - do not need a constitution.
that smuggie about the Bible/Christianity
But of course, it's the following week where caring about it is now useful.
That and someone pointed out after the raid this can be used against them too due to the precedent it created and the TDS fueled euphoric was quickly replaced with fear at the monster they created. Again.
