Until today, I have resisted considering the possibility of COVID as a conspiracy predicated on antibody-dependent enhancement. That is, that covid vaccines are a trojan horse for a second phase.
This tips the balance.
They're desperate to get the vaccine into as many people as possible.

And that makes me suspicious of their motives.
The vaccines have already been paid for, they don't want their money to go to waste or they look stupid.
Besides, the vaccine being a Trojan horse for something worse doesn't make sense at all, they want the people that will listen to them to survive.
Nah, if anything the vaccine wouldn't be for covid. It would be for the worse thing they're going to release later.
See, I don't buy that, for the point of my earlier remark that biology is messy. I'll explain, using Rainbow Six.
In Rainbow Six, some ecoterrorists engineer the shiva virus in three parts. The first is a fairly weak version intended to sow panic, then a real vaccine (for themselves) and a fake vaccine that's intended to kill everyone else off.
In REALITY, once shiva is out in the wild you can't count on ANY vaccine you invented for it to be reliable. You wouldn't make a biological weapon so deadly that you're counting on the vaccine to save your ass, because it probably won't once the virus has a chance to stretch its legs.
But you could rely on antibody-dependent enhancement. That is, you release a virus, deploy a "vaccine" (the first part of the binary weapon, which creates a corrupted antibody) and then release another virus (the second part of the binary weapon). This would be slightly safer in the wild than Shiva, you wouldn't expect it to evolve to such a degree that it would be come dangerous to people who didn't have both binary parts.
Anyway...

By this time, it was a purge. But in the end they were doing things like senselessly exterminating Polish villages in Siberia that have quietly and harmlessly existed in the most remote countryside there ever since the Tsars have had exiled Polish revolutionaries there back in the 19th century, not to mention arresting and shooting thousands of random common soldiers, lowly factory workers, and such - and often also their ethnically Russian and other family members, friends, and associates, in this way going even beyond ethnic genocide. In all more than 100,000 people were killed in only few months.
You're assigning way more competence to these people than they have.
There's just no way they could prevent a whistle-blower leaking this whole thing. The plan is far too large for it to work in the first place.

Paying people is usually what they do in trials of potentially dangerous new medications, but $100 seems incredibly measly.
The lack of informed consent about the dangers of unproven drugs also wouldn't fly normally, but when you can get the government to just say you can't be sued it's all good, I guess. So long as you don't care about human life, that is.
Pretty sure if you sign up for a clinical trial you're covered for medical treatment for side effects from the experimental drug. At least that's what I remember those commercials from late-night TV saying.
For this you might even have doctors not believe you if you say you're suffering side effects.
