Speaking of Bradley Manning, it's interesting that Obama pardoned him but not Assange. Even though Manning was the one who is a US citizen and breached the trust in question, and Assange is a guy from NZ who just published the info he got.

The really concerning bit is how this interacts with the description of "whiteness" as the overarching thing driving all of it. The rhetoric the left is using here - whiteness threatening the very lives of all minorities - tends to end in mass graves.

Two reasons: 1) The BLM movement makes it so any type of prosecution is going to make them out to be victims.
And 2) For the MGTOW crowd - FEMALE PRIVILEDGE. Women always get lesser sentences than men. To any of you traditional conservatives or ethnonationalist types in this sub, go look it up. What a shitty article, as well the other one I saw about this. So, we've named two penalties they won't get. But what penalty will they get, exactly?
The only source I've seen is the Daily Mail, so for all I know this is totally fake. That said, I suspect no prison can mean 1 of two things: house arrest or put into a "camp" for wayward "teens" that's not a prison, but you can't leave. Or it could be probation. For all I know they were allowed to plea to not-murder. Prosecutors have an enormous amount of discretion. Most times and places they are out to get the maximum possible sentence for stealing a stick of chewing gum. Obviously here, something happened.

I'm not sure who the bigger criminal is. These girls, or the useless prosecutor.
People here have hit on some of the other privileges here but the biggest one in my opinion is teenage privilege. Teens just are not punished the way adults are due to the broken juvenile justice system. That's why I always tell people to just kill any teen committing a crime against you, because the courts won't bring them to justice.
And don't worry, these girls will keep committing crimes. Once they do it over 18, they'll end up in actual prison.
