Not knowing anything about how big players in the stock market work, I'm curious if these errors only go one way. Like if someone had filed that erroneous report, and then the stock went down, could they use the filing (with support from three letter actors) as evidence that the brokerage computer made an error and they are entitled to the money? Can trades be "undone" after the fact if you are powerful enough?

The First Amendment doesn’t just apply to speech we find acceptable. Even though her comments may be offensive, it’s her right to feel that way and to speak her mind. I am as conservative as it comes, but this woman needs to be reinstated to her job. Cancel culture cannot be the tool used to respond to unpopular speech.

My litmus test for "he doth protest too much" is what is their comment in response to and how proportional is it. Is it the completely reasonable "holy shit that's fucked up, miss me with that" normie reaction to lolicon porn or is it some streamer who decides to bring up the topic out of the blue, usually to associate anime fans with pedos or in response to complaints against groomers. Like "Excuse me, you have an anime pfp that looks like an underaged girl".
Sometimes getting them to shut the fuck up is all you need.
