Broke and currently unemployed. The UK job market is absolutely fucked. Thought my 20 years of construction, painting and decorating would make it easy to find another job. Boy was I a moron.

What was a easy job to get into when I was a lad (retail, hospitality etc) is now not even replying, if you don't get auto rejected due to the personality tests for the most part, Had to go on universal credit so now twice a month struggle sessions for my 400 handouts. While the immergrant "engineer" his words, claims his wife would find it easier to learn the language of the djinn than English and gets no pushback.

If I had the capital I'd go self employed again in a heartbeat, but not there yet. Hopefully something will come along. 3 more interviews for the week. Caretaker at a local school, cleaner/maintenance at the county court and maintenance at a pub chain. Fingers crossed.

Why dont we just make it so any loans can be paid off by the children and grandchildren as well.

Then you can have generational enslavement to the banks

"Help young people buy a house"

Okay, how about instead of this the borders are closed, visas for foreigners are suspended, you stop offshoring, jobs for citizens first and wages are looked at.

And that advise is what I think should happen in the UK, not sure what wages are like in the USA but they can't be lower than here.

Tbh politicians should only be paid upon results. And bring back banishment for failure.

A very liberal take. It doesn't personally affect me in my bubble so I don't care.

Of course they ignore it affecting the country as a whole.

I'm going to x to doubt hard.

If they are anything like British civil servants they are some of the people with the best rewards from their job and the people that are most undeserving of them.

There's no way in hell they require food aid after a month.

If you stop thinking about London as a British city it makes perfect sense.

But if you live within your means you might not be able to get latest product.

Obviously a nazi.

Smart move.

I'd rather die on some nice roast pork and crackling that get the fat jab. I think that article is enough for me to make some clootie dumpling tomorrow.

Let's say there was 10 million because why not. Isn't the official pop of the USA closing on 350 million, overall it's nothing.

Nope, I class them in the same category as bureaucrats, politicians and parking wardens.
