Last I heard it was blocked by the Illinois supreme court for the moment so the shit won't hit the fan just yet.

People who are too stupid to comprehend why someone wouldnt want to take the "vax" and have to strawman a reason to attack because they never bothered to research anything past what the MSM narrative tells them to believe despite all of the super obvious shit going on around them. Its even worse when they are smugly confident about being dumbfucks that are too stupid to understand how ignorant they are. Basically NPCs are annoying.
Not as much as you'd think IMO. There are plenty of people calling out the insanity but up until recently their voices were silenced by big tech so it seemed like everyone agreed because nobody who disagreed was even able to speak.
Generally with anime adaptations if the original author raises an objection to something in the adaptation, the production has to stop and address it. I don't think they are required to but they do it out of respect for the original author. It has happened a few times over the years. That is MUCH better than what we do here.
Oh but see that is the bait and switch one. What they call comirnaty was the fda approved version of the vax that doesn't actually exist. The only version you can get even right now is the one under emergency use authorization because that's the one you can' sue them for if you get side effects. If they actually made it available they could be liable for any problems with it, which they obviously don't want. In reality, comirnaty is a ghost vaccine that only exists on paper. It was approved only so they could try to shut up people using the fact of it not being fda approved to say they werent going to take it. Obviously this didn't work because people aren't that fucking stupid so they didn't fall for it, and most people were just using the fda approval thing to avoid arguments with branch covidians anyway.
Not trying to defend it here but is this a case of them getting the censored version from the japanese materials but the uncensored version was only on the premium channel or blu ray in japan (this happens alot with simulcasting) or did crunchyroll actually censor shit themselves?
The human brain seems to be hard wired to believe in some sort of higher power. If people dont believe in God then that often leaves a vaccum that something else will fill. You can already see that happening with people treating science, big daddy government or even atheism itself like some sort of dogma.
