Console gaming is dying. Too expensive for its own good at this point. Companies still make games for the last Gen of consoles even though the latest Gen has been out for 5 years. The PS5 and Series X are jokes at this point. It will be Nintendo and the PC for gaming alone at this point.
Being a business owner nowadays must suck. Constantly being under attack by higher taxes and federal or state policies that make doing business almost impossible. And you can't even defend your wares or infrastructure without being accused of committing an "ism". The only places one could be legitimate business owner and not be screwed over are in some of the cheaper red states. Even then, they have to be careful in the cities.
Our side brings up bringing back asylums or certain rules or laws. The problem is that would require an elite that was willing to enforce these things. Bringing back asylums in this culture would merely lead to based or dissident people being sent to them. An argument could be made that re-education camps are the lefty equivalent of asylums. Without an elite that is based or red pills or dissident or whatever you want to describe them as as the old world of Christiandem possessed there is no way to effectively bring back these measures.
The Manosphere is mostly gone now, and has fundamentally been replaced by the Dissident sphere. Dalrock quit quite a while back, the Spearhead is long gone, Heartiste is stuck on Gab, Roosh went Orthodox then wound up quitting, Delusion Damage disappeared years back and with it went a great deal of the coordination of the Manosphere. Even the PUAs are long gone (aside from the grifters) as the game changed quite a bit from Gen X's brief time in the sun Oh, and the MRAs never mattered much as their attempts to change the culture by working from within got crushed hard and they disappeared too.

Sounds like the way I view the Pacific Northwest. I greatly prefer Midwestern, mountain and Appalachian states but all my family is over here. Some friends still left over here too. Makes it hard to up and leave, especially in today's housing, and job market. Oh, and gas prices. Can't forget those.
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience. They may be more likely to go to Heaven yet at the same time likelier to make a Hell of earth. This very kindness stings with intolerable insult. To be "cured" against one's will and cured of states which we may not regard as disease is to be put on a level of those who have not yet reached the age of reason or those who never will; to be classed with infants, imbeciles, and domestic animals. Wait, he took his wife? Did she agree later?
