If you run stable diffusion locally (takes a beefy computer with the right video card) there are no guardrails, you can create anything. If a model doesn't know how to do what you want, you can build something that can based on sample data. There are models for certain people's faces like greta, AOC, etc.
I'm doing it on a 3060 RTX 12GB which is probably considered mid-range now, but it works well enough. In one minute it can generate several pictures. I guess having a 4000 series or one of the specialty cards makes processing much faster. (just don't get anything with less memory than that)

The rtx video card is key, and the video card needs 8 gigs of RAM, but more than that is even better.
There are people who have got it working with other setups but if you want less hassle that's the key.
