The Manosphere is mostly gone now, and has fundamentally been replaced by the Dissident sphere. Dalrock quit quite a while back, the Spearhead is long gone, Heartiste is stuck on Gab, Roosh went Orthodox then wound up quitting, Delusion Damage disappeared years back and with it went a great deal of the coordination of the Manosphere. Even the PUAs are long gone (aside from the grifters) as the game changed quite a bit from Gen X's brief time in the sun Oh, and the MRAs never mattered much as their attempts to change the culture by working from within got crushed hard and they disappeared too.
The manosphere actually had a big policy victory under Trump when his administration changed Title IX to combat the false accusations. Biden of course put it right back, but there's no reason it can't go back the other way again under a prospective Trump Presidency.
Unfortunately, what's left of the manosphere today seems to be focused on grifting off of social media rage bait or has gone the route of blackpilled, heterosexual abolishionist alt-queer theorist. There's very little discussion on public policy anymore.
