I live in one of the most ideal parts of California, and have seen up to 98% of all people outside wearing the mask. Did a casual survey of everyone I saw during the day a few times. Average was a little over 90%, but whatever was going on in February, it had people wearing the mask like they thought the hoax was real.
I live in the good part of California, and can't imagine moving to a hellishly hot place like Texas. Or a hellishly hot and humid place like Florida. Or a place where it freezes and just sucks in general.
