"So about that swastika tattoo, am I in danger as a Jew near you?" "Oh no, I only got this because one beat me when I was growing up... I could have it erased or removed, but, hey, a topic change, right?"

Unfortunately, I never got to know if the gameplay was mechanically good, because I had to turn off the game before I got any real abilities or interesting gear.

Some do. Hoes were REALLY mad at the ProjektMelody VTuber for doing porn in the same way she would do gaming streams or youtube livechats. It was an entire "thing" for a while for camwhores to hate on her, because she rocketed up in popularity well past all of them, for doing things like... Talking to people in chat, even if they didn't donate/superchat. Or respond to minimum-level donations. And worst of all, make jokes and have a clear personality be shown, when most of the hoes have resting bitch face and never contort it into a smile, making it clear it's just a job to them.

This stated, she ALSO uses Youtube and Twitch to advertise her OnlyThots, she's just better at marketing once they get there.

Prisma Illya is available in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Russia.

Made in Abyss is available in all the above, too. Sure Australia has issues, but it would STILL have issues even with the censored version, they're full-on insane down there.

Those two IPs are FAR more egregious than anything Re:Zero has to offer on the outfits/nudity/questionable content front.

So clearly, the excuse is a lie. Whether the lie was told to this person, or they're telling it themselves, is revealed in the second message: Someone being told a lie gets mad alongside people. Someone telling a lie gets mad against people. If her reply was "fuckin' Australian boob-size-of-consent laws are fucked up, and we need that Aussie money at the cost of lost merchandising to Japan and the USA!", or if it was "I was told the USA would not buy rights to air this, even with localization-censoring, if we did not censor it in Japan in the first place, which thinking on it, makes no sense.", then maybe she was lied to.

But "OMG I'm feeling SO ATTACKED right nao, just because I fucked with your guys stuff you think you have a right to get mad at me? Oh mawgawd, blocking replies" is NOT the actions of someone who was lied to.

Social and fiscal incentives work. Indoctrination works. Propaganda works. They are almost always used for nefarious means, but ultimately, they are tools.

Beyond this, heavy-handed government-side rules can exist to drive population opinion. In example, to reduce vaping in youth, many places have banned child-advertising of the products, including things like child-friendly flavor advertisements [many states cannot advertise "liquid candy!" as a vaping product]. You could make it illegal to advertise anything "child oriented" on social media, from facebook games to Elsagate-style schlock, show no kids using Instagram, restrict TikTok ads on TV to late night timeslots and internet ads for it only on age-restricted websites (banish it to the same rules as pornography ads, basically). With no financial backing, no profit to be made in wasting large amounts of bandwidth dollars, thus the market will contract, GDP will reduce (oh well), and the consumers will consume less.

It's simple enough, really. It's just work. And will have a whole bunch of "influencers" complaining and smearing you for restricting their access to your children.

If I'm looking for a game made by ex-Blizzard employees, I'll look at Frost Giant who ditched decades ago before I look at the ones by the group that were in charge during its downfall.

"Black people are too stupid to be able to get ID to vote. Requiring ID is racist against them." -Official Dem position.

"So we should ban all black people from the internet?" -Florida man.

"Oh no, ID is easy to access and everyone has it, that's perfectly reasonable to do. Anything to oppress the commoners, we're with you!" -Dem position.

Why isn't it a solution? Before you answer, remember that "putting criminals in prison instead of letting them go free" was considered "not a solution" for decades in El Salvador, until someone just, you know, DID IT, and reduced crime rates by over 95% and increased their happiness index from one of the least to one of the most happy populaces on Earth.

So why isn't parental responsibility a solution? Is it "too hard"? Harder than rounding up nearly 100,000 machine-gun-armed violent psychpaths in one year who actively kill as many as they can going down? Is it not a solution because it might require the faintest, the mildest, the tiniest of efforts or even, dare I say, incentives?

Why isn't there the entirety of the mundane real world in this fantasy game?!

DefinitelyNotIGN 16 points ago +17 / -1

tl; DID read though: Your points can be condensed significantly. The bottom left and bottom one in from the left are the exact same point, in example.

I understand you're trying to communicate to Lefties, so you're making a Lefty style overly verbose pointless preachy excessively wordy pile of text as a "meme", but that doesn't mean you can't aim for a bit of concision.

They can't distinguish fantasy from reality. Give them full power, and a decade from now we'll be reported for obstructing a police investigation into murder if we see someone get shot in a video game and don't report it in.

They can imitate, but that's all they can do. True anime comes from a deep love, of not just the medium, not just the process, not just of some autistic detail work of some random topic, but of the tropes and memes, too.

Look at every major genre-definer, genre-popularizer, and even just major hit. They all have "problematic elements" in them. If you can't accept such things, you'll never have a genre-defining hit. I mean, you could, it's possible to, but by restricting the obsessions, perversions, and insanities of the creators, you also restrict their full potential.

"It will never be [changed thing] anyways" is the biggest tell, a screaming, shouting tell, that you should expect it to become [changed thing].

Oh, you don't need to do this free, zero-cost, zero opportunity cost even thing, because the massive, MASSIVE consequences of if you don't will totally never happen.

You see it again and again. "Oh, you don't need to discuss about parental overwatch with teachers grooming kids, it never happens!", "Oh, you don't need to reinforce that people need to have some public decency even on Pride days, indecency at pride parades never happens!", "Oh, you don't need to highlight that they speak English in America!"

Just a few months ago there was the whole thing with passing a law that teachers couldn't sexually "educate" kindergartners about explicit sex acts without parental permission, and everyone was like "oh no, that's not happening so we should never pass a law against it, because it isn't happening. Also, you're genociding gay people with this bill, somehow."

Hmm... Dear Leader gives 8.4 million bucks to his close friend to, ostensibly, find out why people have less faith in the democratic process when he raises taxes by 8.4 million bucks on gas.

It is a mystery, we may never know.

I've had to have "the talk" with a girl-friend once, the talk in this case being "just so you know, Marvel movies aren't real life", after the night prior she was drunk at a bar and tried to pick a fight with a guy "because she could kickbox". Does not make for a fun talk.

Rittenhouse's shots are powered by divine irony, three criminals, all shot in the spot they committed their crimes with.

So these MostlyPeacefulProtesters (tm) are now shooting the shit and shooting their mouths off... Probably very unwise to do near him. If I heard of lightning striking only red objects near someone, even if it isn't scientifically sound, I'm not going to wear red objects near that person.

So they're definitely sending their best. They're not criminals. Not rapists. Not thieves. Not murderers. And some, I assume, are not good people.

But ain't no way Mexico wants those shitstains.

I think you're going about it the wrong way. I know, your creative vision and all that, but your premise and your goal are misaligned. You want a parody, but to play it straight. That doesn't work. Or at least, requires a great deal of careful balance and skill with a very thin success window and very wide fail rate.

I think it would be better if you go a horror game angle. First: Everyone loves indie horror games, and it would also help to add in the trope of yet another damn RPGmaker horror game. Second, it allows you to 100% play straight things going weird or going wrong. The doppelganger forgetting the last time it saw you it was a redhead. A serial kidnapping of people mentioning certain verboten topics, like the words "Taiwan", "Black", or "Female". The uncanny valley of "We were always called the Strawhat Wizards. Black Wizards are wrong. There are no Black Wizards. There never have been Black Wizards. Are you remembering Ẅ̴̷̨̛̤̗̯̗͎̗̳͍́̄̒̃ͩ̒̀͛͘͜͜͞R̨̢̡̧͎̫͕̫̩͓̲ͥͮ̓̾ͪͦͮ̇̕͢͡͠ͅO͌ͩ̌ͧ̓̌̓ͯ̕͜͞͠͝͏̶͎̝͖̖̫̲̩̱͘N̶̨̨̺̙̼̳̟̯̪͖̄̐͐̍͆̆ͬ̌̀͝͝͠͞G̵̶̛̬̫̮̥͇̲̠̲͋̄̊͂͊ͯ̋̒̀̕͘͘͟information?" kind of vibe.

Otherwise, I think you need to play it less straight and more into the parody angle. You should definitely have some on-disc DLC in that case, and like Dragon Age, make it seem really time-sensitive but then just not able to do it. "My village is burning! Right over there! Help!" ->You can't enter this area without the DLC! Expected Release Date 13/13/2024. -> "You monster! Why won't you help me!? Don't just leave us to die like this!" [Your karma has gone down].

Good guy Japan with an average relative rate of 0.

All those video games and anime must be radicalizing them into not being criminals.

Romcoms? "Those are for the weak womenfolk, so they're okay to keep." would be his thought process.

But sport hunting, sports in general, 24-hour-news, social media, and also any and every platform this person might ever make money on? Those need to go, even by his standards. They're pointless vapid "entertainment".
