I think this is just his usual bluster and deliberately riling people up. That said, I do have growing concerns that he's too old to keep performing as President. I think it'll be less a case of dementia and more that he just runs out of energy, which you can already see during his public appearances of late. He's an old man at the end of his life and he just doesn't have as much fight left in him.

He has certainly declined. I don't know what the hell happened to him, but this is not the Trump we used to like. 2-3 weeks after Inauguration Day, I sensed terrible vibes coming from him. You only have additional connotations for Allah because most Arabs are Muslim not Christian but in Muslim countries where they speak some Arabic language, the Christians there refer to their God as Allah not God because that's the correct name in their language for God.
