Read the context, Jesus. It’s meant to be sarcastic banter.
The context is threats about committing more war crimes and killing more civilians, but he already said it was fun and he won the war.
Is it? We already had trump celebrating Diwali in the Oval Office.
Banter? This is analagous to the Iranians assassinating the Pope and then sarcastically tweeting Christ is King.
It's almost as if he's letting Mark Levin post for him.
