Some people will try to play peacemaker. Firmly have them step back, or grab them by the husk and move them. If you start throwing hands with a third party, you have no idea who else is going to step in. If you're already fighting with someone, you need to be very concerned about your opponent's allies stepping in late with a weapon when you're not looking. Don't add to that by throwing hands with an additional third party who can introduce that same problem, again.

It's about pre-empting that behavior in people who express the desire to intervene like that, hence the "know or meet". I guess I could say "know or get to know" if it needs to be crystal clear.
This is about misguided friends or juniors. Friends don't let friends be crutches for criminals. And anyone who wants to do that needs an acquaintance to throw them into a wall and ask if they still want someone to step in and stop them hitting back now.

Watching people drop motionless after being teased is so funny to me. The resistance in everyone's skin is different. I'm not affected by tasers like this. I've been tased by cops and it just hurts. Still had full control of my body the entire time that electricity was running, though. Cops were pretty shocked.
