This comment deserves reddit gold
Sounds like the slime ball was trying to steal one of the guy’s bags and got caught. Instead of running, believed he was immune from retaliation and went on a rampage.
No the lady said the attacker just came up and started tearing up signs that were attached to a pole and started throwing them at the victim. Seems like it's a properly random attack. What he was yelling at the victims didn't make any sense either.
