Gen Z is increasingly slamming their degrees as useless, and new research indicates there may be some truth when it comes to the job hunt. In fact, the unemployment rate of males aged 22 to 27 is roughly the same, whether or not they hold a degree. It comes as employers drop degree requirements and young men ditch corporate jobs for skilled trades. Gen Z is struggling to break into the entry-level job market—but young male college graduates may be hurting the most.
Prayers for all the Boomers who will read this article and be completely unable to process the information it contains.
Just walk past the swarms of foreigners willing to work for less than minimum wage, look the boss in the eye, and give him the ol' firm handshake.
Because women, being largely incompetent, are a category of DEI hires. Anyone who isn't a straight White man gets DEI privilege.
Oh hey imp.
It's not weird, women are taking white collar managerial jobs. The foreign slave class is taking manual labor.
A reminder that when ASDA staff complained about warehouse staff possibly being paid more it turned out to be not only the staff at the checkouts who do next to no lifting, heavy or otherwise, but that the majority of those staff were women.
Warehouse was where all the guys got allocated because it needed actual strength to move large quantities of stock, in addition to operate the forklifts when accessing the higher storage options.
Women almost always gravitate towards the jobs with fewest physical requirements, except a few who try to "challenge themselves" so they can
then blog about it on social mediabe just like everyone else... and blog about it on social media.I heard it described as "pink collar jobs," which is freaking brilliant in my opinion. Charlie Kirk was telling Tucker about it.
But, yeah, new job types are created for women, while men's jobs are either outsourced to foreigners, or underbid by illegals, or reserved for H-1Bs and the like.
Holy shit you're alive
Some of those women are foreigners.
Boomers are the ones refusing to hire the younger men. This started with the millennials and boomers rugpulled white men hard because they could get a percentage of ESG funding for being “diverse” and the boomers sure as fuck weren’t going to fire themselves.
Its also this constant cultural tearing down of young people and then old people complaining about them and lauding immigrants for working so hard. Really its Joe and Yolanda Boomer who wants cheap labor, cheap products, and wage slaves that don't talk back and demand rights, yet.
Someone mentioned some kind of "Boomer stare of confusion" a while back which will be exactly how they look during this.

Severian from founding questions has a theory that something has changed in terms of biology for American whites. The boomers are the first generation of whites who have aged very poorly, as all previous generations were still skinny into their old age. Boomers of the first generation of whites that do not look like their predecessors. Sev has a few theories on this. One of the theories I've heard elsewhere is boomers are the first generation of r select whites, is all previous generations of American whites were k in terms of breeding. That would explain their chunkiness, their short term thinking and lack of cognitive ability.
Sev has entire posts on how modern whites don't look like whites from a century ago. Not in terms of fashion but in terms of appearance of biology. He even dug up a bunch of photos and videos of young girls in the 1980s and pointed out that the average white girl nowadays does not look anything like the girls from even just a couple decades ago. It is really disconcerting. Uncanny valley affect.
This idea has bugged me for quite some time. Whenever I go to a museum I notice I look like the white guys from a century ago or even just a couple decades ago. But I don't look like modern men.
That's not how r vs K work. r vs K selection mostly comes down to number of offspring and time invested raising them to suitable self sufficiency. K has fewer offspring and puts in more time per offspring, which is in no small part due to our own biology where our nascent stage is helpless. Meanwhile r simply plays the numbers game and throws as many offspring as possible out into the world and hopes enough of them last long enough to reproduce. Family sizes have been going down and down over the last century and a bit where if anything it would be trending away from r and towards K. We don't need a dozen children now because we expect half of them to die before hitting double digits age wise.
Regardless of that humans have always been K selection because that's just how our biology works.
Myep. "Why is the hiring market in such bad shape? Ms. Smithers, have we had any minority applicants for the C level job?"
Many of them won't read it. They're too busy shopping for their second house in neighborhoods where they can outbid a young family just trying to afford their first one by at least 20% or more.
It actually hit earlier than we say. My Dad worked his butt off, but didn't make money until maybe 15 years ago. He's had several failed businesses. Every single time it happens, he's told he's not working hard enough or not talking to enough people. I remember that every time I go through hardships.
"You just don't work hard enough like those immigrants".
My dad is an immigrant, heck, so am I. Yet somehow us working till we cant move and not seeing our kids isn't hard enough. I've watched as every guy who has said that lost their job or got demoted. They all think they can just work harder.
It was real for my grandparents. Both sides grew up in poverty, got a degree, and became well off enough they could retire. I've met too many people who think they are failing because of what my grandparents could do.
