When you understand supply and demand applies to everything, not just products and services, then you understand why they intentionally flooded this country with immigrants and feminism. This was always about driving down wages by flooding workers and cutting corners, the more regulations and bureaucracy grew the more companies needed dead weight employees on the cheap. It’s also why ingenuity in the west has stagnated greatly over the past 20 years, it’s blatantly obvious in media and gaming, but it’s everywhere and becoming blatantly obvious.

They haven't made the connection between many of the ills we're seeing today and the evils of the prioritization of money above all other considerations. They don't see the connection between mammonism, banking, usury, money printing, and inflation, as integral aspects of capitalism. They see the evils of monopolies and trusts, of CEOs treating their employees like crap, lobbying politicians, and intentionally bringing in cheap foreigners and outsourcing labor, of corporations building obsolescence into their products to force people to consume more, of corporations designing their products to prevent people from working on their own property, of death spiraling competition to use cheaper and cheaper garbage, of wage stagnation since the 70s but productivity climbing every year, of job prerequisites climbing every year but pay and benefits aren't, of quality dropping while cost increases, of the connection between feminism, the declining birth rates, and corporate interests to push women into the workforce to depress wages even more, etc...but they don't connect it to the intrinsic aspect of capitalism, of prioritizing money above all else, thinking that these evils are only due to an amorphous "corruption" that's hurting the system, wholly separate from it, and not tied to the system itself.
They erroneously think that if you oppose capitalism, then it automatically makes you a socialist or communist. They still think in terms of false dichotomies and within the limited confines of the curated and censored globohomo propaganda. They still think that capitalism invented concepts like private property, or supply and demand, or private ownership of production, or free market competition, as if these concepts magically sprouted up when the term "capitalism" was invented, and haven't existed for thousands of years.
I've similarly tried to warn them, with limited success. Apparently this is one lesson where they need to be punched in the face, repeatedly, by their own mistaken beliefs, in order to realize the truth.
You, also, do not understand what capitalism is. And all "solutions" to capitalism invariably involve government control of economy, which is what creates the very problems you're bitching about. You can't use the source of corruption to stop corruption.

Capitalism at its very core and foundations, is the pursuit and prioritization of money, above all other interests and considerations, even over the well being of the people, the workers, and the nation. You're trying to paint a false picture, that only government, and concentration of power within government, can corrupt things. This is true, but we shouldn't even want laissez faire capitalism. It would be just as dystopic as government tyranny. Since money should not, and isn't, the highest priority, government, if it be healthy, should absolutely reign in the corruptions of capitalism. What do you think anti monopoly and anti trust laws are? They're no longer enforced, because of corporate lobbying to Congress. You failed the IQ test. Small government with no protections shielding corporate misbehavior is better than large government that is inevitably corrupted. The manager of this particular plant complains that he had used E-Verify on every employee. I don't know if that true, but the so-called E-Verify system only checks that the person (or specifically a record) exists. Furthermore you can be successfully sued for pressing past the bare minimum documentation when hiring: a Hispanic dude speaking no English can present documents for a "John Smith from Buffalo" and you have to hire him or risk punishment. The system is worthless.

You know how I know that?” I said to her…..“because I’ve been working as a manual laborer for 7 years now, and there aren’t any illegals at the company I work for, or in any of the other major competitors who do landscaping/hardscaping work around here”. Most illegals work in construction, competing for the same exact jobs that millions of actual citizens have worked in for the last hundred years, construction is one of the few ways for an uneducated American to make a decent living, they shouldn’t have to compete with illegals for those jobs.
I wouldn't even call construction uneducated - it certainly isn't for the unmotivated and usually there are opportunities to learn new skills if you look for them. A carpenter is an educated tradesman. The mexican contractors ofte only learn how to do one job, and poorly at that, with all the premade house kits going up, but actual builders have skills.
Whenever they tell you that we need unlimited third world migrants to fill construction jobs, just think about all the small towns that still have beautiful brick buildings standing 100+ years after they were built versus the crappy plywood suburban houses we have now.
The mountainous stupidity of the statement "jobs we won't do", as it ignores the entirety of U.S. history where we did those jobs, in majority as recently as 50 years ago, before the Hart-Celler Act began fucking our demographics, and entire economic sectors became infested with nons who drove the wages down (like construction, factory work, farm labor, etc.).
How do these "jobs we won't do" idiots think the American people conquered, built, and maintained the U.S. since the 15th century? How do they think Europeans farmed our own food, took care of our own lawns and property, and worked the menial, laborious, and dangerous jobs, for all of our existence? What they really mean when they say “jobs Americans won’t do” is this: I’ve been pampered my whole life and there’s no fucking way you could pay me enough to do a single day of hard labor, it’s a very jewish mentality. The funny thing is, those people tend to be so self involved, that they can’t comprehend how any one else would feel different than they do. On top of that, rather than advocating for American workers getting a decent wage for labor intensive jobs, they advocate for slave labor instead, truly believing that only the educated Americans deserve high wages, not some uneducated manual laborer. They are the same people who advocated for slavery back in the day, nothing has changed.
Agreed. When push came to shove, I've never met a White man unwilling to put in a hard days labor, if it paid the bills and enabled him to support his family. But, due to the constant outsourcing, globalist push, and importation of foreign workers, all of the jobs our people used to do have had their wages degraded severely, such that they no longer provide a livable wage. Construction was one of the first economic sectors hit, and wages in that field were actually higher in the 70s and 80s than they are right now, precisely because of all the Mexicans coming into the U.S.
