They used to teach this in universities a decade ago (no longer, for obvious reasons). His speech is an example of a PRIMARY source, it is everything in its entirety, the direct content. A SECONDARY source is any information that has passed through someone or something else: articles, summaries, news segments, etc. These are easier to digest, but will not convey the entire story and will surely be subject to bias.
Not only have I had many professors these days decree that we do not need to know any of this, these are also the same people that rely on SNL sketches to teach politics and other historical events.

GO WATCH THE VIDEO. I'd never bothered to read his speeches before, because why would I, right? "Mustache man bad," right? All the movies and video games told us so, right? They're not anywhere near as "racist" as we've been told. Literally "common sense" policy for countries to protect their own people from foreign people and not let them have free access to your stuff. On what planet is that "racist" by even a little?
I read "The Myth of the Twentieth Century" (by one of the nazi intellectuals) and it surprised me how "sophisticated" their racism was. They had nothing against most races, but they felt if they were to implement some form of socialist society, it would rely on everyone being equal. Rosenberg looked at India and remarked how it should be a world-class country, but the caste system created a system of oppression that inhibited the countries culture and in turn its economy. Instead of being creative, people had to spend their lives oppressing lower castes, and lower castes couldn't contribute meaningfully.
To be very clear I'm not saying Hitler isn't evil, or that he is absolved of anything, just that he didn't convince the most educated country in the world to vote for him by being evil. There was a certain amount of sophistication to his logic, and any given Nazi would likely have a reasonably complete argument as to why they were on the good side of history.

Wokeness is quite similar to National Socialism (most of the Race Communist factions are literally identical), and none of their ideas are sophisticated to most people, including intellectuals. It's mostly a religious faith, and the opportunity to make a lot of money, or have a lot of power. There is some core sophistication at the highest levels of the ideologies intellectual thought leaders. But that doesn't tend to trickle down, even if it is the reason why things are being done.
Most of the intellectuals were part of the middle-managerial elite and got near limitless power and influence under Fascism and National Socialism; which is what got their loyalty. National Socialist Ideology sees Slavs as inferior sub-species because they were the polluted-blood descendants of Aryans, hence their degenerate behaviors, their untrustworthiness, and their lack of forming nations outside of judeo-bolshevism organizing. Reading the speeches, frankly, makes him sound actually more crazy than he would have intended, especially in English, where it can't help but come across as a rant.
The translations are the translations. They're pretty much going to all be similar, the problem is that Hitler used some National Socialist vocabulary that doesn't have any direct translations, and zero connotations, into modern English. Gleitschalung might simply be called "synchronization" in English but means something more like "a mass, sudden, snapping into a different state that allows the thing to move in completely different direction all at once", particularly within the NatSoc ideology. Similarly you might get "Autarkey" or a German word for it, but this term is an archaic Leftist ideological term that isn't used in modern vernacular anymore, even on the Left, so translations might not convey it properly. It might be just translated to "Self-Sufficiency", when it really means "An insular economy so complete and productive that there is no possible need for trade, meaning that it's borders are fully closed, preventing the setting of prices by outside capitalist forces."
