Several years ago, he went over to become a Biden Supporter because Donald Trump was clearly very close to Israel, and (to me) it looks like he's trying to fit himself into the White Affinity Group racialist rhetoric. He has specifically said that the Democrats and Biden were the best way to protect whites (and probably through what he sees as White Racial Solidarity).
He's absolutely right. The Left's racialist rhetoric is currently anti-white. But that was not always the case, and the situation can very quickly change. The jew-hatred, the Azov-Nazi worshiping, and most importantly: the concept that a white racial focus and messaging needs to be set; is super important.
For example, I made a post a while ago where my DEI officer tried to have me work with them to form a White Heritage presentation. The words, "Maybe we could even do a White History Month" actually came out of the DEI person's mouth.
They are dead set on racializing whites (even if it is for bad purposes). Their old tactic of balkanizing whites into their sub-groups ("I'm not white, I'm Italian"), has been abandoned in favor of racialization.
Again, Richard Spencer is right if your goal is Racialism of any form. They are literally laying the ground-work for what he's waiting for.
