Why can’t I hate both? If there weren’t people willing to play, the game would be over.

"Hate the game, not the player" (I've only heard this from nigger culture) has always struck me as a deplorable abdication of personal responsibility. It's the same mentality Progressives use to claim that poverty and "socio-economic factors" are what drive crime, instead of bad human beings exploiting vulnerable people around them. It says, "My circumstances are beyond my control, therefore I have no reason to behave myself." I hate it.

Reminds me of "no ethical consumption under capitalism," which Vaush infamously took to its logical extreme by arguing that buying CP is no worse than buying stuff made with child labor.

I hope he gives commentary during proceedings. That would be awesome.

A white guy would have received the same consideration. Come on.

The only problem is they're using having been through the judicial system as a criminal defendant as indicating any ability to be a judge, which it is not.

Seriously, no one cares to learn about the history of the guy, they just see he's black so it must be DEI. Like this guy should be a story for that of you who believe in the American dream of hard work will see that you get what you deserve... You know, a meritocracy... But no, this fucking place is all BLACK PEOPLE BAD.

and this place pretends it isnt racist as fuck

I mean, the fact that he is only 27 yet somehow qualified to be a judge is enough to suspect that he was in fact pushed through based entirely on DEI ideology.

We already have consistent evidence that the standards get lowered for blacks in schools, which means his "hard work" is almost certainly less hard than a relative equal white guy going for the same position. His criminal history doubles my certainty that he wasn't working nearly as hard as most other Law focused other students, regardless of when they happened.

Also what kind of pussy bitch around here tries to play the "we aren't racist!" card? I want to call them a cowardly nigger.

27 really isn't that young. I work in a courthouse and a new judge was just appointed and the dude is 30. The judicial system is in shambles because of how many criminals there are and they need more judges than the courthouse even has room for.

True, judges are elected. Well, a lot of em are. I don't even think there's a qualification.

FTA (some article):

A magisterial district judge is a position elected by residents. A law degree isn’t required to take on this role; district judges receive training that prepares them for the legal issues they will face and must pass an examination before taking office.

Well it would be racist if guys like him couldn't pass it and thus illegal. You can't have literacy tests. I have noticed that some speak Marxism instead of standard English. Maybe they can pass the test on that basis, in a blue state.
