Genshin Impact gets it right. Models/outfits range between neutral and suggestive and grab attention by having interesting designs without needing to show skin.
Gameplay wise it is not quite at the farmville level of busywork but not much further from it. But the world is beautiful, the stories are wholesome, and like you said the character designs are amazing.
And as far as a gatcha f2p game it has about the best system where content really isn't locked behind paid pulls, just the character optimization and team build options are expanded if you are willing to drop some money on it.
