High acheivement and innovation are the norm for White people. Inventing the steam engine or the Internet is just what is expected of us. At the very least we all contribute to high trust societies and strong local communities and families.

Why do you think no one feels the need to qualify statements like "This man was incredibly smart/strong/rich/moral/friendly... for a white man"? There are indeed no exceptional white people, just exceptional people, because white is the most inclusive group imaginable. There's articles like "black men are the white men of black people", even black is white!
