The only decent guy Bernier, was ousted from the Conservative party. And he only wants to "reduce" immigration and is only really focused on economic issues because of how awful Canada's economy is. None of them will fix the root issues.
And there's a reason for that.
Our immigration has been out of control for nearly a decade. All major parties know that up to 10% of the population will vote for them if they open the borders, which is already a done deal. That's why not even the Conservatives will touch immigration; it guarantees a massive vote block for your opponent.
I think that is the point of political parties, which most countries have. If people didn't want to collude to keep the other guy out, they could run independently.
