I think they don't want the imagery of tall adult male cops fighting with protesters.
Then protesters are less likely to fight with cops when it's a 5"0 woman. And if they do, easier to convict them when you show the video and it's some adult male trying to hit some short woman.
This isn't good for the short women becoming cops but hey, they wanted gender "equality" right? Let them get punched in the face just like the men do.
It's also pulled in the prisons with female guards. When they aren't fucking the prisoners they are crying to thier bosses that some psycho trapped in solitary flashed his junk at her. This means the guy gets more time added to his sentence for "harassment" (time that wouldn't have been added if he flashed his junk at a male guard)
