I've come round to the theory it's an escalation and propaganda excuse. When ure plowing into and beating down a line of truckers protesting for example, imagine the bad pr if the truckers throw back your tear gas canister and it beans one of the sacrificial 5 foot women in the head. The damage and threats they receive are the excuse for more police beatings.
During the Ottawa trucker protest, the official Ottawa municipal police account unironically claimed that the militarized police WEREN'T shooting tear gas out of guns at the truckers but instead claimed that it was the unarmed truckers lobbing tear gas canisters at the poor police officers.
I think they don't want the imagery of tall adult male cops fighting with protesters.
Then protesters are less likely to fight with cops when it's a 5"0 woman. And if they do, easier to convict them when you show the video and it's some adult male trying to hit some short woman.
This isn't good for the short women becoming cops but hey, they wanted gender "equality" right? Let them get punched in the face just like the men do.
It's also pulled in the prisons with female guards. When they aren't fucking the prisoners they are crying to thier bosses that some psycho trapped in solitary flashed his junk at her. This means the guy gets more time added to his sentence for "harassment" (time that wouldn't have been added if he flashed his junk at a male guard)
Why do police always hire these 5 foot nothing women and put them in the front lines? Do they want her dead?
