Honestly, I always found that something like this would be the actual next generation of warfare.
Irregular or semi-irregular warfare between different state's proxies within a 3rd nation.
For example, in a Globalist order, India and Pakistan could go to war with one another, and have the conflict in Brazil, because Brazil might have some specific resources that a polish ship might be transporting to Poland, while Pakistani forces decided to attack it.
For right now, this is just generic political fighting, but it could become much more serious.
