Yeah, this is the question for me. Who is getting punished for this? Since it is almost certainly no one, they'll change it very slightly and do it again.
Federal government employees almost never go to prison. Really, no matter how bad your conduct is, unless it's like a Trump-style political prosecution, they don't indict their own. I don't even think people are routinely fired. It's really hard to have any consequences for not doing or doing wrong in your Fed government job.
I had a friend who was just sandbagging stringing the government along. I won't say where he worked, but he worked from home as basically an engineer. Worked is an exaggeration because he did very little. By his own admission. But it's hard to blame him. As long as they were paying him ok, why would he leave? He can do whatever he wants with the rest of his time, and the government won't know. They either completely shutdown for COVID or very nearly did. I'm not sure they ever really restarted.
I always figured the downside of that was being on the federal pay scale. While the benefits are good, the President used to make 200k and only makes 400k today which really limits what you can make (since functionaries have to be below high ranking officials and military officers in the pay scale). And DC ain't cheap. That's why it was cool that my friend works from home in free America.
the history books exist. the people that did the deeds wrote down what they did. we had about 99 years of protectionist, nationalist, republican rule. then we were finally subverted by the globalist financiers. after ( let's be honest) 3 wars.
The 1st amendment is obvious. The problem with American politics is that people keep violating the constitution, knowingly, and then pretending as if they just weren't certain if it was a violation. Then it takes years for the courts to confirm it was indeed a violation.
There needs to be punishments for violating the constitution. The federal government should be on the hook to give every American $100,000 in damages for this violation. Yes, that might bankrupt the government. That's the point.
..yeah I ain't expecting ANY governmental institution to follow it, it just means when we catch them it might be easier to sue and get some money out if it.
The sad thing is that there was nothing to clarify. It's been understood forever that the government "asking" or "suggesting" that a third party do something converts that party into a government agent, subject to the same restrictions as the government itself.
presumably, before most of the people currently disregarding it were born.
The entire leadership of the Left which has captured institutions is 70+, so they would all remember 1963, if they could remember anything, because half of them have dementia.
They won't even try to do it secretly. Given that the GOP is a bunch of sad compliant simps they'll just follow the same playbook knowing nobody's going to stop them.
Yes, it is multiple (thousands) counts of a deliberate federal crime: the flagrant violation of the First Amendment to the US Constitution. Done in the most Fascist way, in complicity with the Adtech / Social media Cartels.
But that's only because the First Amendment was written by Nazis.
Also vote blue harder, or we'll lose our Democracy.
It was illegal, great. But the damage is done and cannot be undone. And because no one will go to jail or be executed for it, it's like the crime never happened but the effects are permanent.
do you believe the constitution is even relevant in the modern 'USA'? They really should have changed the name after 1917 or so.
The Bill Of Rights is a piece of the constitution that most didn't even agree with. why? because the constitution was in place to strictly enumerate the tasks of the federal government. You know what, I don't even give a single shit anymore. I don't feel like explaining this to retarded normies. Fuck You.
You get the government you deserve. You get the globalist elites you deserve. Faggots.
This shit is all going to collapse on your stupid normie skulls and you are going to be eating people as you are hunted in the streets for sport. You deserve this.
It's hard to pretend there's a voluntary coalition of states when some of the northern states invaded the southern states with military forces, killed tons of people, burned their cities, deposed their govts and imposed foreign rulers on the people.
They really should have changed the name after 1917 or so.
The name changed in 1865. These United States became The United States. An implicit acknowledgement that there were no individually sovereign states in a union, only a federal government.
That’s nice, so whose going to prison for sedition against the constitution?

no one. normie. we havent been a constitutional republic for over 100 years. imagine being this retarded in 2023.
Whoosh

The problem is who is going to punish them? And would "the watchers" ever punish themselves as well?
Technically, the courts could since courts can dish-out punishments for violations of the law. Willingly violating the constitution is treason.
Tree of Liberty, etc, etc...
Giving me my own taxpayer's money seems a rather trite punishment.
Personally I'd rather have a scalp.
It's good that the law has been clarified...

The key point in question - the Bantam test - was decided in 1963, presumably, before most of the people currently disregarding it were born.
The entire leadership of the Left which has captured institutions is 70+, so they would all remember 1963, if they could remember anything, because half of them have dementia.
They'll just ignore it since nobody will try to enforce it.
Oh look, fascism.
now start ordering heads on pikes.
They won't even try to do it secretly. Given that the GOP is a bunch of sad compliant simps they'll just follow the same playbook knowing nobody's going to stop them.
We need a real opposition party.

Sounds fun, how do we get here faster?
From what isolated mountaintop do you make your pronouncements, O omniscient one?
