If you refer to your spouse as "your partner", you deserve whatever you get.

New polling shows that just 9 per cent of Leave voters now believe Brexit was a success.

I've been more sure of farts after Taco Bell than I am that Brexit actually happened.

If the establishment didn't fuck things up on purpose, how could they create a pork barrel project to enrich themselves fix the issues facing the people?

I'm sure the people who voted for Brexit are mad about it being a mess. That doesn't mean they regret it.

This is not the first time cultish neoliberals have tried to push this narrative. Not long after the referendum, the medium - I'm going to experiment with not saying 'the media' for a while, since it's not a plurality, it's a singular thing - deluged the British public with nightmare scenarios and artificial trauma. They soon tried to insist that some huge percentage of Brexiters regretted their vote and that it was cause for a new referendum.

They had a chance to test out their theory in 2019. Corbyn was a not-so-secret pro-Brexiter but he was deluded and strong-armed by the Blairites and feminists around him to change his election tack, to one where he promised to 'revisit' the question of Brexit. Oh wow, what a shock, it was Labour's most crushing defeat in over 100 years. Cue Vox and the usual suspects jumping to write 'UK election results: Labour’s crushing defeat, explained', in any way that could possibly avoid treating that election as a second Brexit referendum.

Expect them to keep sabotaging the principle of Brexit and then pretending to themselves that any dissatisfaction with that outcome is vindication for them, until they get another chance to force people to vote the 'correct' way.

People voted for less immigration, less foreign schoolchildren, less foreign renters, less foreign real estate investors, less human clogging of the healthcare system, less foreign drivers filling the roads, less everything.

Instead, they got more, more, more.

No wonder they're pissed.

New polling shows that just 9 per cent of Leave voters now believe Brexit was a success.

And somehow this is supposed to be an indictment against those voters instead of the globalists who have worked to circumvent the will of the people. Just goes to show that pollsters frame the question to get the answer they want.

I just assumed we would all be voting the same.

I just assumed he was going to vote Remain.

I just assumed he had all the information, but I assume now that he was only getting one side of it.

He speaks about Brexit with such anger. He talks about what a mess it all is. [...] I’m sure he regrets it now.

Sounds like someone hasn't learned their lesson about making unwarranted assumptions.

My son and I never spoke about the vote again. I’m not the arguing type. I just get upset for a while and keep quiet. He never brought it up either. I was desperate to find out why he voted the way he did. “Why would you do this to our closest trading neighbours?” I kept thinking. But he just didn’t want to discuss it at all.

This bitch, in addition to being a passive aggressive trainwreck that apparently every man in her life disregards, apparently thinks she's BFFs with the German chancellor or something, like it's a personal affront to her to walk away from their trade deals.

Utterly fucking delusional, and voting with wild abandon.

you need to realize that you are the problem, not your husband and son.

Women have a biological imperative towards collectivism and so they will always side with the bigger government.

Just because people are pissed at Brexit and voting for it, doesn't mean they want to bend over and join the EU again.

They just want an ACTUAL national government, which they haven't had in decades.

This is one thing that seems quite common to Remainers: viewing the referendum as a moral choice between good and evil, rather than looking at the deal on offer.

EU membership isn't a particularly good deal if you aspire to be anything more than glorified cattle. The entire structure of the EU is designed so rather than being responsive to the demands of the population, it's instead focused on Rosseau's "general will", that is, what the EU's various powerful elites think the peasants should be distracted by. That's why the EU Parliament, the only bit actually elected, is - by design - completely ineffectual.

Brexit was the right move. The elites purposely sabotaged it to punish everyone and convince some of the less committed people that it was the wrong thing to do.
