A number of years ago I coined the phrase "progressive denialism" in a conversation with friends as a way to describe that "the slippery slope " was actually part of progressive agendas. At the time, I thought it was a pretty astute observation for a person like me. Now you can't talk to anyone left of center without them denying to your face the existence of the very ideas and policies they support.

Sundance over at the conservative treehouse has long said that leftists need to pretend not to know things in order to push their agenda. They constantly play dumb as a form of plausible deniability so that everything that is happening appears to be purely random or accidental as opposed to deliberate and planned. Because you can’t oppose random shit happening for no reason.

And anyone who does oppose it is simply fighting against the forces of history. Backwards, behind the times. Reactionary and soon to be made extinct by the natural progress of humanity.

"Know what it is" is very unlikely.

When CRT writers themselves are lying about thier own publications on national television and pretending they don't know what it means, despite writing entire books and treatise on the damn thing; you can't possibly expect an NPC to understand it.

The fact that you even called it a legal theory is part of the problem. Even that's a lie. CRT was never a legal theory. That's Critical Theory. The Critical Race Theorists completely broke away from the Critical Theorists because they were working in the legal tradition, and the CRT-er's wanted to apply the dialectic to race explicitly, and to all areas. And yes, they did call the Critical Theorists racists and demanded they be expelled, because that's how they always worked.

The problem with propaganda like critical race theory is that it has two sides to its meaning.

It has its marketed meaning. For example if you watch a TV advertisement for a new cleaning product, the advertisement might say it's a cleaning product that doesn't damage any surfaces but it's able to remove any stain. If someone asks you "what's this cleaning product?" If you answer with the marketed meaning, you'll say "it's a cleaning product that doesn't damage any surface but can remove any stain." This sounds pretty amazing, doesn't it? Who wouldn't want this cleaning product? It's great.

On the other hand, if you actually buy the product and use it so you can form your own opinion about the product you might realize it doesn't remove all stains and does in fact damage some surfaces. If someone asks you what the product is, you might say "it's just a cleaning solution that damages certain surfaces and can't removes certain stains." Now this cleaning product doesn't sound all that attractive, does it?

Two completely different "meanings" for the exact same product.

The vast majority of people on the left, including even the people with PhDs in the subject only know the marketed meaning of Critical Race Theory. They don't understand what it truly actually is about.

That's not "two sides", it's just lies. But then, no one here has to explain that the Left lies about itself.

Well, yes, it's lies. The problem is that the left doesn't understand it's lies.

Well obviously not. The "Useful Idiots" only purpose is to be marched headlong into the machine guns. If they figure that out, they may try to escape. This is basically how Lenin saw it.

This is obviously a big lie because CRT doesn't exist; it's a white supremacist conspiracy theory. Like Antifa. How could democrats support something that doesn't exist?

What is the cycle? Doesn’t exist, only taught in college, it’s just American history

I don’t think the majority of people actually understand what critical race theory is, it’s intentional use, or how literally every “systemic racism” argument is not only fraudulent but so inherently racist on its front that I still to this day can not get a response from any “race theory” professor on why they have not tackled the oldest racial slur in known history (slave) but instead seek out “hidden racism”.

And of course if you insist that racism is hidden then your grift makes even more money

It's because the thing is so evil that even your average normie would find it appalling. I can sum it up as "teaching the black kid to hate the white kid and the white kid to hate himself"; and everyone understands why it's evil (unless they are also evil).

As a response, they Left, and many of the CRT-ers themselves explicitly lie about what it is at all times. They are desperately lying about their own work, their own examples, their own publications, because it's so unpalatable.

I find it funny how they can’t just go to the library or buy the books they want. Heck, on YouTube you can find endless whiny videos about how evil America is. But I guess everyone must be forced

well the whole point is to forcibly indoctrinate children so that they can establish a permanent Leftist majority.

Don't sully the name of reptiles by comparing them to establishment republicans.

Gus-Gus is adorable.

If we were controlled by replilianoids, we'd probably be way more based anyway.

Sample size might not be great, but these are the kind of numbers that mean this is a winning issue for the right. (trans children is another winning issue for the right). Only reason for a R to not against CRT/trans kids is if they're cryptowoke/slave to ESG.

Just doesn't feel authentic otherwise, right? Good old CRT I kind of miss even though the fidelity just isn't as great. Playing something like silent hill, mgs1, mario64 etc on a flatscreen just doesn't feel right.

That's part of the problem. The Mockingbird Media couches CRT discussion as merely teaching that slavery and racism was a thing, when the reality of the coursework is teaching that the country was built on backs of the Holy Black at the end of YT's whip.

It isn't so much the stuff that CRT adds to the curriculum as opposed to what it REMOVES.

They take out tons and tons of basic American History and replace it with garbage. That's how they make it look less bad, because they only tell you about what they add and ignore what they remove, which is where all the damage gets done.

That's a fucking lie and he knows it. Either because he is so willingly retarded that he refuses to accept the 100% inevitable conclusion of the words out of his mouth, or because he wants to pretend that he doesn't know where those molotovs came from.

When you intentionally make a logical theory which is entirely encapsulated as a Melian Dialogue, who's sole logical purpose is to target and fundamentally destroy the opposition system; and you are (yourself) a radical Leftist calling for socialist revolution; then you have no right to claim that you didn't know the revolution wouldn't involve putting bullets in people.

There's some clear wins here. Strongly Opposed is heavily favored by Republicans, and it looks like the Dems don't even know what's being talked about. Most of the independents are strong opposition, and few are strong support.

This basically says what we already noticed: The Dem strategy is to pretend it's not even a thing and keep lying to their base while the anti-CRT argument has solid opposition.
