It's barely been a fucking week, people. That said, all I want is Twitter to not ban people for having the "wrong" opinion. Considering that employees have limited access to their "content moderation tools", I'm going to wait and see what happens.
Also, seeing The White House account getting fact checked to point out the "massive increase in social security checks" is because of record inflation gives me some hope.

He's not a leftist, but he's also not a vicious right winger, which means there will functionally be no difference between him owning Twitter and leftists directly owning it.

I made a Twitter account just because I got tired of seeing retardation on there and not being able to clap back. It's not, uh, great, but I think "the right" risks becoming as big of crybabies as the left has been. I doubt it's going to be a free speech zone. As long as there is moderation, there's something to complain about. All I do is speak my piece and see what happens.
People see someone do something kinda on their side once, and rush to scream BASED without a thought as they deify them.
Elon was never some champion of the Right, he just wanted to be allowed to shitpost without being censored. So he will do damage that benefits us in his quest for that, but he was never going to go all the way.
Even if the whole thing goes down in flames that would be an improvement. It's hard to see Elon making things worse.
