They're an abomination. This is literally not a problem for anyone. Many people with the fucked up brains that is the classified definition of gender disphoria have and will never seek anything to do about it. Almost to a one who has, was seeking attention and is an animal.
Should also be noted that these groups never actually say what is included in "gender affirming care". It's almost like it's deliberately vague to make way for later efforts.
