The gruesome reality in male-to-female transitions, for example, involves creating an open wound in the crotch. The wound must be dilated with a medical dildo every day for hours in order to prevent the body from desperately trying to heal the wound. This is the life that the fanatics want to push children into—a life of dilating an open wound every day. It's just sick. Transgender people need help and these barbaric surgeries aren't it.

Ironically that would require most "trans"trenders to actually commit to the changes they bleat on about all day and night. Much like with examples in fantasy settings they don't actually want to transition "properly" [because that's not a thing, we don't have the scientific nor medical capabilities to actually do this] because if they really went from "male to female" then they would suddenly be just another woman. And it's all about the label of being trans and the attention/grift that brings, not the actual "cause" they claim to stand for.
Some of the most apparent examples are the ones who make zero fucking effort to pass or even the ones who take zero further steps being claiming "am trans" like the recent UK politician who pulled a Spacy/Jenner gambit after fleeing a car crash they were in and "came out" as trans yet still look exactly the same, use the same male pronouns, and haven't changed anything else about their life.
If anything I'd call the politician a 4th gen trans or TINA [Trans in Name Alone].
As for the previous versions:
Gen 1: Historic cases, pre 1970s ish.
Gen 2: Recent history: 1970-2000s. Transsexuals that just never passed. Ever. Includes early concepts of the "silent minority" who don't kick up a fuss/want to live their lives acting like a man/woman and might have some degree of surgery [boob job probably the least fucked up example there is].
Gen 3: Modern history, aka "Current Year": 2010s-Now: Woke grifters who dress like demon clowns and have used global communications to both network with each other and cast nets aimed at individuals susceptible to influencing/grooming.
Gen 4: Current Year +8: Entirely non woke soup mafia who are starting to play reverse trap Uno cards on the wokesters and beating them at their own game because any complaints raised that someone "isn't actually trans" or whatever risks both a purity spiral/schism occurring [which is likely coming anyway] and calls of transphobia thrown back after years of setting up those very tools to be used.
It's very much an accelerationist approach and will involve deaths from grooming/abuse victims however that's going to be the only way this shit ever ends, with enough sunlight being cast on it because most people don't have anywhere near enough empathy to consider things until it affects them or theirs.
