This is the Canadian court.

You have no rights.

Stop avoiding jury duty. The way lawyers pick jurors already skews it towards the dumb and malleable. There is no need for the mildly clever to assist them by excluding themselves.

If you have an IQ over 70 they already do everything they can to exclude you. Both sides want people who they think they can manipulate into voting for them, because modern "justice" is about whose side can win, not about delivering justice to the people. They hate independent thinkers because independent thinkers are harder to program.

If you really want to change things, pretend to be an NPC right up until it's time to vote. If you really want to get off jury duty, just demonstrate any non-mainstream opinion during jury selection.

Agreed on all points. Deliberately or not, the system is structured such that even people of below average intelligence are disincentivized to actually want to serve, which makes the lawyers' jobs that much easier. We should not be assisting the regime by purposefully excluding ourselves from the processes in which it reluctantly invites us to participate.

In America they can only reject a certain number of jurors before they have to take whoever is left.

So even if the lawyers use a strike to remove you from the jury pool, you're tipping the jury more toward sanity just by not excluding yourself.

I was almost selected for jury duty in the spring. Jury sat through 2 months of trial just for the guy to confess days before deliberation. I'll pass.

If you ever end up on the wrong side of the state, and given that you are here that is increasingly more likely, you should pray that better people than you show up for their duty.

I never said I skipped jury duty, fuckwit. They had picked the jury before they even got to my group.

What did you mean by "I'll pass"?

You get paid for jury duty in Canada. The amount varies by province. It can be a pathetic amount though.

I highly doubt Canadian justice is anywhere near as fair as American justice, as bad as that is right now.

I can imagine though, a future day in court, as a defendent, the defendent is NOT VAXXED (gasps by the jury!!!). "Oh shit, I'm screwed by a bunch of vaxxed Karens on the jury".

Few thoughts here: Firstly, it’s weird how complete and comprehensive this “apartheid by any other name” is, and how worldwide it is…

Makes me think there must be something seriously dubious going on, which, of course, matches with what many of you have been saying for some time…

Secondly, isn’t it amusing as a thought exercise. Replace “the unvaccinated” with any other minority group: “Jews excluded from jury pool”, “Blacks banned from bars and restaurants”, “Women barred from shops”, “Muslims excluded from major public events”,“Transgenders banned from public transport/transit”, etc, etc, and watch “the Left” go absolutely off their tits…

But then they’ll argue that “it’s a choice”, and that “choices have consequences”…

Guess what else is a “choice”? Arguably, being Jewish. Being Muslim DEFINITELY is. Being transgender, and “out”, most definitely is. According to them, so is being a woman. And finally, when we live in a world where Rachel Dolezal exists, and where “mixed” people almost exclusively choose to identify as their “minority” identity, I would argue that, in many cases (but obviously not in all), being Black is somewhat of a choice, too…

So their argument there doesn’t hold any water, either. Amazing. Try arguing all this with a Leftist. Use historical comparisons where possible. And watch their pathetic little hypocritical brain fucking implode, lol…

Secondly, isn’t it amusing as a thought exercise.

You don't really have to imagine it when you consider that the left still calls for segregation under the guise of "protecting the oppressed".

It's because of the work issue. Men have to for work. Women don't work as much. Families that are against the vaccine might still have the man get the vaccine for work while the woman wouldn't. Also, as far as normies go, the pregnancy scares were some of the most easily available anti-vaccine data so a lot of normies clung onto that as reasons to not get the vaccine.

Why? Men are more likely to engage in risk-taking behaviour.

Can't let anyone who hasn't expressed verified submission to the regime participate in any public activity.

If the entire jury dies from cardiac arrest, would that cause an acquittal?

More young than old people are unvaccinated.

Also, are only 'left-wing feminist worshippers' vaccinated?

Yes? I wouldn't trust any vaccinated person who isn't over 60.

Seeing as that is the vast majority of people in most countries, how do you think you could ever win (on the issue of feminism)?
