I live in a modestly sized city in Kansas, and while we have had mask we never really had a shutdown (outside of the first 14 day one) and our businesses have been at 50-75% capacity for pretty much the whole time. We have had mask, but it sounds like this last extension is the last one, because now the majority of the city council says they are against more extensions. And not only has pretty much every business survived, most are hiring and some have even willingly shut down to do renovations because they are still making plenty of money.
And we are one one the stricter places in the state. Out west, they have resisted even mask, never mind shutdowns.
So what do you expect me to do about the fact that LA and NYC are shitholes?

But there were those who were there and left, surrendering. There are those that sit there and stay quiet, or raise kids that don't value America, who are continuing to erode civilization in these areas.

I can see certain private businesses going nuts and using this without any backlash but if a government office denies services and access for not having a vaccine passport, well it will be a really nasty lawsuit when it hits.

It's unlikely at hospital of even modest size that the same nurse would administer a vaccine to the same person three weeks apart.

Not because they don't intend to coerce you into vaccination, or acknowledge that infection grants immunity ( it does ).
But because people who got infected and then vaccinated get a very strong response from a Pfizer / Moderna vaccine with pain, discomfort, tiredness, fever sometimes.
It looks back, people don't want another round of that, even stronger side effects would be dangerous and PR disaster.
Getting a vaccine after infection as a blanket policy is not rational use of ressource. It's government flexing its herd control.
Rational would be targeted for people with weak immune response at significant risk of re-infection and complications.
