Ah, clearly written before the "Great Reset is a conspiracy theory!" glut, otherwise they wouldn't be quite so transparent with its talking points.

My most far-out musings about where all this is going included the thought that we've all been sold on some galactic pet market, and this is the pre-training period before our owners come take possession. Wouldn't that be wild?

With how crazy things are getting, the reality might even be that we are all living on human farms.

Like in the Promised Neverland.

Good. The politicians that want this, can start. 6 Months climate-Lockdown for them. No exceptions. With the median pay of the country they "serve" and no access to the money they already have.

"The hypocrisy!", they will shout, as they crowd into packed commuter trains and eat processed food fortified with insect protein. "We told you so!" shouted the others.

I've spoken to so many co-workers and friends who know about the actions of politicians when it comes to lockdowns and distancing. Their takeaway was "hypocrisy!", not "fraudsters, con-men!"

If the snake oil salesman refuses to drink his own product, you don't care that he's a hypocrite, you realize that he's clearly selling you poison.

A hypocrite is a smoker who tells you not to smoke.

A government ordering you not to gather for holidays while party members continue to do so is anarcho-tyranny.

The only correct response to anarcho-tyranny is violence.

Some are. Most couldn't give less of a shit.

And in some respects it's to our advantage as these (and they don't even represent the entirety of the elite!) idiots's solution to the rise of populism is...do more of what was causing the rise of populism in the first place.

When you realise that they aren't exactly the brightest tools in the shed, you don't feel so down.

I can see why you are justifiably angry and frustrated so you think that atleast the Schadenfreude will be good at the moment.

But if/when it comes to pass, you definitely won't be happy about it when you too will be gravely suffering.

At least the "red meat" industry and lobby is extremely well funded and powerful in the US. Hopefully they quickly realize which side is planning the scrape the butter off their bread and do something about it.

To the extent that it's more responsible for the lax immigration policy than the resort industry.

Raid any meat packing plant in the country and you WILL find illegals. Every time.

I'm quickly becoming convinced that The Great Reset is an actual, no shit, eco-Nazi plot to purge the world of humans that are too degenerate to be allowed to live, created by the son of a an actual, no shit, member of the Sturmabteilung.

I believe Klaus Schawb may be the son of Gunter Schawb

They will be calling the Great Reset a hoax until the day they put us into boxcars for eating a hamburger.

I find it god damned peculiar that there's nothing, not even in biographies about him put out by the WEF, that even uses a name.

We know Rockefeller's parents. We know the Koch brother's parents. We know George Soros' parents. We know Rupert Murdoch's parents. Except in the case of Soros, who at least collaborated with the Nazis during the war, these have all been non-issues. Even with Soros, it's considered a non-issue most of the time.

Klaus was born in 1938, in Germany, in the heart of Nazi territory... and we don't know anything about his parents, even their names?

Well, look at the tainted drugs crisis - been going on for years, started with acid and ecstasy, and now it's fentanyl in pretty much anything illegal that can be fucked with (particularly, it seems, the needle-crowd getting the worst of it). And it was back in the news again just after halloween, just in time for the holiday season.

Frankly, it's been looking more obvious that someone has been targeting the hard drugs users since at least 2010, if not earlier (I know tainted LSD was a thing a couple decades or so ago, know a victim of it) ... but if people are still stubborn enough to take their chances, what can you do? We have legal pot now, and that sure seems to have sorted out the real problems from the people who just want a joint with their beer and video games.

He can't eat spices any more. The stuff was apparently tainted with Warfarin, so he has a bit of a tummy. Not as bad as you might think, because he didn't do a Jimi Hendrix like some other people I've known.

These are completely different issues.

Hard drugs have a nasty habit of getting intentionally stronger to the point of lethality because crackheads are crackheads. Drug users are now intentionally taking dangerous levels of drugs under the assumption that a cop with a little Narcan will probably show up because they don't give a shit about themselves.

This is why you don't give out needles, and yeah, you may even avoid Narcan.

Hell it's not unheard of to hear about cocaine laced with broken glass as filler.

This very likely isn't about people trying to kill hard drug users. They're already dying. The issue is about the Left effectively encouraging those deaths by pretending to care.

Thing is, opiates aren't crack and meth. What's happening is that people who aren't opiate addicts are getting the fentanyl, too; someone's been cutting other stuff with fentanyl, and yes, people shoot both coke and speed, not just opiates. On top of the obviously stupid actual opiate addicts, of course, there's more and more of them, it seems, all the time.

And again, even if someone IS out deliberately killing them (and since fentanyl poisoning has been showing up consistently for the past 3 or 4 years, and in the same general region, yeah, it looks deliberate) but they still won't stay away from the stuff that they know is at risk for the fentanyl, what can you do, short of scooping 'em all up and putting them in a camp? By that point, it's just Darwinian selection if they won't stop.

Something I think about more often than is probably healthy is just how rare that sort of thing is, and how much of a miracle of civilization the fact that it's rare is. If you didn't give a fuck anymore and just wanted to cause absolute chaos without regard to your life or personal safety it really isn't that hard to do.

Absolutely. Any single individual can very, very easily bring about a shocking amount of destruction with very little effort if they that's what they want to do.

The people who think banning guns to stop school shootings make me laugh. Who the hell needs a gun? They can just plow their car along the sidewalk after the bell rings. They'll probably score a higher kill count, too.

A couple years back I saw this video of a 25 mile waypoint-based drone flight between two Hawaiian islands. Used cellular internet for the command, control, and video linkage, so the drone itself was only limited by its battery range and its ability to receive a cell signal. That's a level of technical sophistication until recently only available to the military.

And that's just a small battery-powered craft. Some of the gas-powered ones are giant, with corresponding increases to range and payload

Reconfigure one of those for nefarious purposes, and you could literally be in another town from where you were executing your mayhem.

I'm genuinely perplexed that we haven't seen a drone terror attack/assassination attempt from a non-state actor yet.

Say someone knows where a politician is going to be delivering a speech. Or where a journalist is going to be stood infront of a camera. Or where <insert high profile target here> walks their dog on sundays.

Forget putting guns or explosive payloads onto these things - what's to stop any random person from flying a remote controlled aircraft with, say, a spear tip for a nose, at 40-50 miles an hour, into that person's chest?

And that's just what you could do with a small, commercially available, minimally modified model aircraft. On top of that, tracking down the perpetrator could potentially be incredibly difficult. One man with a big enough chip on his shoulder could wage a months long string of operations. If some has the will to do this, I think they absolutely could.

What on earth could a government possibly do? Ban the sale of drones? Useless. They're easily built from simple parts that would be impossible to ban.

If a Democrat is allowed to take the presidency, we will see executive orders declaring racism, gun violence, and climate change as national emergencies. These EOs will be used as pretext to enact hate speech laws, radical gun control, and socialism/communism.

The democrat house will back these EOs with legislation. Cucked conservatives will trade our freedoms for a bit of pork. A stolen or compromised Senate will rubber-stamp. Conservative federal judges will issue injunctions against unconstitutional laws, but democrat governors and mayors will simply ignore the courts and enforce everything themselves. Unlike what we saw all year with violent leftist riots, police will quickly crack down on conservative rebels because "muh pension".

And if there's ever any real pushback against any of this, the government will just concoct another virus panic and force everyone to stay in their homes forever. If it doesn't work, they'll go with a slightly more lethal strain until they find the new breaking point at which people will surrender their freedoms and their rights in exchange for "safety".
