Therapy is working.
Think of arachnophobia - exposure therapy works great for that. You might not learn to love spiders and like them crawling over your body, but you will learn to get near enough to them that you can kill them. I would assume that it helps people with social phobia the same way.
Then I believe in "crisis" therapy. As in you encountered a bad event in your life and you can talk through it with a therapist. Good therapists will not direct you to anything, but help you sort your own thoughts.
What I don't believe in is this "1 session / week for years" therapy in cases like trauma / depression. Therapy needs to be goal oriented and needs steady progress. If you don't have any progress and just visit your therapist once a week and that's it - basically treating them like a person who you just talk to, who doesn't challenge you, ... then it's a waste of time & money.
A good therapist though will tell you that and maybe offer to refer you to another therapist.
When Hearthstone came out I know most people in my office played it. I know people in IT admin that play FIFA/WoW when they are bored and have nothing to do.

As long as you get your job done in time and are productive in general, no one cares. Especially when you do it while staying late and you answer questions your coworkers have who are working late. It's the same reason why all those cool gimmicks like yoga room, sleeping cabs, ... exist in those companies. They want you to stay late and enjoy your time there. Even if you do 15min more work after playing WoW for 2hours then it's better than you leaving immediately.
Also, I don't believe that anyone ran fake scripts on his computer to look like code.
Seriously, just open notepad / an ide with some code loaded and it looks more like coding than some script that automatically generates new lines.

No. We are trained to believe that journalism is this ethical job and even a 4th power in a democratic state. They are fighters for truth.
Then we read a news article about a topic that we know about and we realize how utterly shit their position & argument is. "What a bunch of retards!". But then we forget this same logic when reading about a topic we know nothing about. "Well, those are good ethical journalists".
And it's really hard to break this thought pattern. Because sometimes (like in scientific fields) they do report correctly about an article. Which reinforces the bias we have.
The "Fediverse" is a decentralized "social media" microblogging platform like Twitter. Everyone can host their own "instance" of it think like a subreddit. And you can post to other instances.
Mastodon is a SJW infested instance inside the fediverse. They massblock other "evil" instances.
Doubt that. You don't leave your well paying Twitter job when you know the rest of the team is also leaving. Because that means all those people will compete with you for other jobs. Also you are in a perfect position to negotiate with Twitter - you are afterall still there.

Look at the Warhammer Fantasy 3rd Edition which was also by FF. They intentionally added special dice and cards that you needed in order to play the RPG. And of course you never had enough dice/cards so you needed to buy additional packs if you wanted to have a fun/smoothe experience.
FF is purely managed by greed.
The X-Com boardgame has one as well. Every player has a unique role (researcher, commander, ...) and the initial phases of a round are time limited. If you manage everything in time (the app shows you that) you get a bonus if not you are punished. It also tells you at which locations enemy UFOs spawn.
After the times phase it tells you the order of the other phases and it has an easy summary what to do. So you don't have to consult the rulebook as often if you rarely play.
Modern artists have nothing to fear.
If I want to have a piece of art made I have very specific ideas in mind that the AI (currently) cannot do. I mean think of having art of a troll made.
Do I mean a LotR movie troll? Or a Warcraft troll? Or Warhammer? Or another monster that is called a "troll" in the universe. The AI cannot help me there if I have a specific subset in mind.
An artist can draw it how I want and also add small details that I deem important (the creature is in front of a certain place of power or wields a specific weapon).
I mean people sound like stock art doesn't exist and I can license (for commercial purposes) great art like like this for $15. Sure another product from another company might contain the same picture, but who cares? And if you care about that you are big enough and have the money to get pictures exactly to your liking done.
