I didn't see your edit, sorry about that.
Yes, that's the state as it is now. My point is, if it would be enforceable both ways (!) then sex segregation being legal would end the tranny problem and the women getting into men's spaces problem at the same time.
Unfortunately it's a moot point because the ruling parties are either women or simps, so there's no way it would be enforced equally even if the law were on the books. Hence my later comment about accelerating.
of course not, which is why I'm in full support of trans rights.
The only way to stop it is to honk so loudly that the normies can no longer ignore it. Containment has failed and I don't see how it could be reestablished without radicalizing the genpop by forcing them to confront it.

Here's some old drama, the top thread in particular gives a very good picture of AoV's qualities, or rather the complete lack thereof. You can probably find a few of my comments in those threads too, user FreshNothingBurger. Also I remembered the other two names, Haterjuiced and Pinkerbelle.
Right after the split between kia and kia2 he began a series of closed-door "talks" with the old kia mods. If I remember correctly the involved parties were our resident quisling, TheHat2, HandOfBane and another 2 or so kia1 mods I don't remember the names of. The topic of said talks was that he, being the head mod of r/kotakuinaction2, offered to shut down that subreddit in order to suppress the rebellion.
After that caused a bit of an uproar, he unilaterally decided that any comment on that topic, any criticism of kia1 mods and any documentation of mod abuse from kia1 was verboten on kia2. His justification back then was that it would "poison his negotiations".
Instead, any such content had to be posted to a containment subreddit called r/kiameta, which he opened for that purpose. Transgression against that sacred rule was awarded with a permanent ban from both. That state carried on for a few weeks, then months, then half a year... All the while the evidence of mod abuse piled up. Then, after the documentation of mod abuse on kiameta became too plentiful to ignore, he simply put a lid on it and set it to private - which it remains as to this day.
I literally would not piss on that sorry excuse of a traitor if he was on fire. Actually I'd probably donate another gallon of gasoline for good measure.
What is it in response to?
Nothing, it's ESL trying to make a buck off of the current equity / discrimination grift and the absolute retardation of the woke playerbase.
Based on what evidence from who?
Dude trust the Science bro.
Is this temporary or permanent? Even if the problem it is meant to solve eventually gets solved?
Temporary in the sense of "whenever it stops being profitable to the company" I'd say. As for the ideologues, the fact that we exist is what they object to, so to them it's very much permanent.
Will this be an equal T1 league or a feeder league?
I have no idea where it's going to be put at structurally. 500k prize money is up there with the big leagues of the open circuit. The fact that it's women only means it's worthless as far as real talent scouting is concerned, because if they were good enough to legitimately play at the top they'd have no issue keeping up in ESEA, FPL etc.
Will there be restrictions limiting them from existing feeder leagues?
Not practically, since none of those players will be anywhere good enough to be in one of them to begin with (or else they'd be in those feeder leagues).
Of course the comments critical of that move get locked or removed while the ones praising the "equality" of a segregated league can stay.
Note that there are no male only events in CS. Any women who wish to can play the open circuit, ESEA, FPL etc. and get themselves noticed - provided that they're dedicated and good enough, which is exactly the crux which must not be named.
Obligatory reminder that Nurse Practitioners over-prescribe opiates and benzodiazepines like mad.
NPs are NOT real doctors but in some US states have more or less independent practicing privileges - if you ever need healthcare in the US, you can demand to be seen by a medical doctor specifically!
Oh no, not BLMilton!
Oh no, not the Reichstag!
