Yes, that's the state as it is now. My point is, if it would be enforceable both ways (!) then sex segregation being legal would end the tranny problem and the women getting into men's spaces problem at the same time.
Unfortunately it's a moot point because the ruling parties are either women or simps, so there's no way it would be enforced equally even if the law were on the books. Hence my later comment about accelerating.
