Yes, that's the state as it is now. My point is, if it would be enforceable both ways (!) then sex segregation being legal would end the tranny problem and the women getting into men's spaces problem at the same time.
Unfortunately it's a moot point because the ruling parties are either women or simps, so there's no way it would be enforced equally even if the law were on the books. Hence my later comment about accelerating.
of course not, which is why I'm in full support of trans rights.
The only way to stop it is to honk so loudly that the normies can no longer ignore it. Containment has failed and I don't see how it could be reestablished without radicalizing the genpop by forcing them to confront it.
The right to discriminate again based on sex would also allow for men-only spaces to be legally enforced so idk what you mean.
There are many many exceptions. Women are legally allowed to intrude into men's spaces.

With that many exceptions it should be easy for you to list them.
See my edit. In Canada and many other places in the western world, women can go into men's toilets legally.
In sports women can participate in men's competitions without having to transition (e.g golf).
In Australia, women are allowed to have women's only gyms whilst men cannot have exclusive sporting clubs.
I didn't see your edit, sorry about that.

Oh yes, certainly.
The way I see it though, if you want to get from one hill to another you'll have to walk through the valley.
