I read an excellent book of his called “Nutrition and Physical Degeneration” where he goes into this in detail, and it inspired me to follow something akin to keto. (incorporating pasture raised animal organs, raw milk, fish, butter, and similar nutrient dense foods)

What’s nuts is that life is back to normal in the Southern US and has been for a long time. We never even went through the lockdowns. They keep hyping cases and deaths but if you are just out in the street you wouldn’t know it.

Lockdowns used early and hard stop small outbreaks becoming big waves, and prevent lots of preventable death and disease. They also prevent longer lockdowns and strain on hospitals and medical staff. But they are not a magic charm against future outbreaks if the virus makes a re-entry into the community.
Let's perform Victorian Lockdown 6 competently and conscientiously, to keep it short and sharp.
