The advertising community must be going for broke because almost every commercial is 100% black. Either they are banking on “diversity” investments or something, but I’ve seen even Gap Kids is doing 100% black commercials. It’s gotten to the point that I make a mental note of each company anymore so I know specifically to avoid.

They’re not responding to a trend, they’re creating the trend.
It’s the same with all the LGBT crap on TV. The number of people identifying as some weird thing is increasing because the awareness of the ideology is spreading, and the ideology has more value than even money.
How do I know? Look at how Nickelodeon is imploding after introducing more LGBT content. It hasn’t stopped them from doing it.
They are projecting the reality that they want to see, and trying to convince people that it is happening so that they accept it, which leads to it becoming real.
You are right on. This is the future they want. Consolidating power at the top while turning the rest of us into consumers with no identity or culture.
