I have a problem with it because I can't get into the story if the actor is black. I see that nappy hair and I just have to laugh. I can't take them seriously as knights. There are so many other interesting roles that black people can play, but medieval knights just don't work for me, fantasy or not.

They could always be Sagramor.
Sagramore is a Nubian (what's a Nubian) in The Warlord Trilogy but in the legend he's an Eastern Roman / Hun.
There are some real Black Knights tho. One is Feirefiz, Perceval's half brother (half black).
