Don't go out of your way to support it. They don't exactly deserve your money. But if you want to play it, buying it is probably less supportive of harmful subversion than buying other games would be.

Personally I think he gets back in office and does nothing useful. His base cheers and declares victory, Trump bloviates, we make some small victories, nothing really gets better. I do think his heart is in the right place (to the extent it isn't dwarfed by his ego and desire to be popular) but I don't think he wants to get his hands dirty with anything real.
We can survive that if we don't fall into complacency. The real change has to come from us. And it already is.

They never care to be consistent in their views. They demand compassion and action, and have nothing for men but snide insults. Partly this is a function of stupidity, but one cannot ignore the innate psychopathy and sense of entitlement that pervades their ideology.

You're right. Everything about the game is off putting. Even basic scenes feel terrifically stale and amateurish even before you get to the writing.

That was more of a cool mechanic than anything. A macro thing that was a neat addition to an RPG, because their friendship or relationship values would affect optional scenes you'd see, how likely they were to get pissed if the other fell in battle and so forth. It was one of the things that drew me to it as well, and it's completely different from the marketing, and the game itself, revolving around badly written romances specifically written for players (specifically females and gays) to get their rocks off.
