Because a weave or chemical hair straightener is admitting that black hair is unattractive and that's politically unacceptable. So for black women who consider wokeness more important than anyone on earth finding them attractive, the choice is between a bunch of hairstyles that are synonymous with ghetto trash, or bald.
Men commit suicide at four times the rate of women. Whites commit suicide at a higher rate than blacks, though I've forgotten the rate. And both of those categories are vastly higher than queers in absolute numbers. Weird how there's only a budget for the left's pet degenerate class that only makes up a tiny percentage of the population.
As totally insane it is to use that as justification for murder, remember: all the events involved actually took place in our lifetime, so this is actually MORE reasonable than saying Whites owe blacks anything because of slavery, and that's been mainstream thought for decades.
There's a huge amount of blatant sexism against straight white male authors, and they basically aren't allowed to exist if they didn't already get established at least a couple decades ago. They don't win awards, they rarely get published, they don't get scholarships, they don't get featured on lists that drive sales, and that all goes double if they dare to write a book about a straight white male. Yes, some OSHA is a good thing, some of it is unnecessary and expensive and only protects complete morons, and I wouldn't be surprised if there were the usual problems of there being a revolving door between OSHA administrators and executives at companies that make the equipment OSHA mandates, but this is actually all besides the point: Even if OSHA saved a billion lives a year and every policy was wonderful, as long as the US has it and China doesn't, that's an uneven playing field. The choice, assuming zero tariffs, isn't actually between keeping Americans safe or not keeping them safe, it's between not keeping them safe and keeping some of them safer and some of them losing their jobs because they can't compete with countries that don't have those regulations. My actual position isn't that OSHA should be entirely eliminated (although it could certainly be greatly improved), it's that all the regulations I mentioned, including OSHA, should come with a tariff of some appropriate value on all countries that don't enforce an equivalent regulation, or in the long run you're not keeping people safe, you're just moving jobs to China. Having companies put the "OSHA tax" on price tags would help people understand the actual implications of the policies they support.

How about businesses saying how much more expensive your products are because of labor unions, OSHA nonsense, environmental laws, and general anti-business regulations, and how China doesn't deal with any of that.
Or here's a good one from elsewhere in society: force colleges to publish the difference in SAT scores between their average black student and average white student in their incoming class, and staple that on to every rejection letter they send out to white kids.
Why is their country dangerous, anyway? Presumably because of rockslides and lightning strikes, because it's definitely not the people, because we all know they're 100% law-abiding saints once they cross the border illegally into the united states.

I was also inspired to do the setup for video output. A video is not an image, but I was impressed with the tools working at all with relatively little extra installation effort and no tweaking of settings at all. It does less well with the chocobo image, though.
Some unexpected challenges: First, gloves undo some of the progress that's been made towards AI knowing how many fingers are on a hand. Second, models which know who Tifa Lockhart is have a tendency to break the "No overt erotic imagery" rule. Also, the chocobo LoRA struggled to make the chocobo reasonably large, and basically failed to generate acceptable images of Tifa riding it.
But that's for a normal passport. Same-day issuing emergency passports at embassies is a real thing.
Airline pilots work in a field that is filled with things that could result in deaths if they forget to do it, coupled with strategies that make it very hard to forget to do those things- checklists and cross-person verification. If it doesn't occur to them to apply that same strategy to something like bringing their passport, I'm not sure if I'd trust them to do the other things either.

The rest of it is just the classic quoting of nobodies on twitter as a stand-in for the author saying those things, trying to pretend it's objective "journalism" and reporting facts when it's really just Kelly Coffey-Behrens upset that anyone wouldn't be overjoyed to be subjected to a black man's vomit, and that Tracy Morgan is the true victim of a string of health issues which are not purely the result of him being a fat bastard and giving himself diabetes.

I was on it when I was younger, and I'd say there's a world of difference between not being tired, which "decreased need for sleep" implies, and still being as tired as you would expect, but being unable to sleep, which is what I experienced. I assure you I felt like I needed to sleep.

It's been a few years since I had played it, but this is the problem in more detail:
Any mission that has a cutscene- so most or all story missions- cannot be joined unless the host and joining players have all seen any cutscenes. Every person has to see the cutscene at the beginning of the hunt, so all new players have to load the hunt, find the monster, watch the cutscene after you found it, then all but one leaves their hunt and joins him. So you presumably launched an SOS flare for your friend after any cutscenes, or on your second attempt after watching them, and your friend had already played the mission, so he had already seen it. If you had both been new, you would have both had to play the mission alone until after any cutscenes, then one would invite the other. I had thought that the joiners would additionally not get credit for completion, but it seems like that's not true, but it's still a lot of additional friction with no real justification.
I'd rather abolish the FBI than let it be run by affirmative action hires. It might take talent and effort to find actual criminals, but it takes no talent at all to just use it to destroy the lives of honest white men or cook the books on racial crime statistics to try to hide the reality of black on white violence.
